Waren jetzt zum 4.Mal in diesem fabelhaften Hotel und sind dort hängengeblieben. Sehr liebe und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Das Hotel verfügt über den schönsten und saubersten Spa und Wellnessbereich mit fantastischem Schwimmbad, was wir seit langer Zeit besucht haben. Wir kommen ab sofort regelmäßig einmal im Monat raus aus München ab in den Alpenhof.

The hotel is OK, but should be renovated. Bathrooms are relatively new. The restaurant is terrible. No choice, you didn't even get the meat you ordered, no normal menu, no prices on the menu.

Nice hotel with nice service. Rooms (suite and superior double room) were good, pool and SPA area appealing (there was no relaxation room), breakfast was great, restaurant food was also great. Only WLAN barely worked, which according to hotel staff was due to full occupancy. It takes about 15 minutes to drive to the Sudelfeld ski area in your own car. Alternatively, a ski bus leaves every hour directly in front of the hotel. We were disappointed about the difference between communicated snow depths of the mountain railways and reality; But that's another topic...

The hotel exceeds all expectations. The basic expectations are met: cozy atmosphere, cleanliness, nice wellness area and good location. All others are exceeded: extremely well-equipped fitness area, better food than expected, living room atmosphere despite the many rooms and staff that you could only wish for. Good food, very good breakfast. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Small spa with pool to relax. Located right on the Alpenstrasse, it takes less than 10 minutes to get to the Sudelfeld ski area. Definitely recommended.

Im Rahmen einer Silvesterveranstaltung verbrachten meine Frau und ich 4 Nächte in diesem Hotel. Die erbrachten Leistungen entsprachen in keiner Weise den beworbenen und dem zu erwartenden Niveau eines 4*S Hauses. Im Deckmantel eines ehemaligen 5 Sternehauses mit herorragender Küche (Sternekoch) werden diese durch den neuen Pächter zu einem nun überhöhten Preis angeboten.
