酒店設施比較陳舊，地毯很臟。

酒店環境和老舊破損，服務一般，電視信號卡頓，屏幕太小，盆浴衞生間玻璃外布簾上竟然有小蝙蝠，衞生間地面瓷磚破舊，花灑水壓低，房間地毯污漬較多，更讓氣憤的開着中央空調面板上顯示是暖風，結果入睡一夜醒來才發現是冷風，導致頭痛感冒，當給前台打電話反映空調不制熱，服務員還信誓旦旦説她們空調非常好，要求她叫人來看，一中年女性服員親自調式後也不，產稱可能是外機出問題才叫師傅去檢查維修，本人無奈退房另訂酒店，因此平台應該負有不可推卸的責任，審核不嚴，價格虛高，與宣傳不符，進出電梯要倒兩次嚴重不方便！

環境很好，值這個價，房間很寬敞，我就喜歡這種，早餐種類也非常多，而且看起來都很精緻，感覺物有所值呀。
服務人員態度也很好！

酒店雖然是老酒店，裝修年代較久，沒有時尚元素，但是感覺不到那種臟老的氣息。這個價位難得有這樣寬敞的房間，還帶兩份早餐，性價比非常高。就是早餐沒有以前的種類多了，不過口味還是挺不錯的。

舒適，乾淨衞生，服務熱情，早餐好吃，東西忘記拿了，服務員給打電話，又回去拿，停車師傅也挺好的，有機會還去。
