"The pool was packed with children.
The pigeons were everywhere and made it almost impossible to enjoy the food.
The food was mediocre.
The long was extremely clean, but the pool area was gross.
Overall wouldn’t go back again:("

DDaNice and big room. Staff super friendly. Despite I would not recommend the tours sold at site (in particular Isla de la Piedra one). Swimming pool water was surprisingly cold the night we tried it.
GGuest UserThe location is in front the Mazatlan Malecon, near to the beach, crossing the street, the pool has a good shape and clean, the breakfast is simple but delicious and the room has the enough to rest.
MMichèle90The location of their private beach is the best in my opinion it’s so clean. The service of the hotel is too strict. I ran into problems because of the bracelet thing. One of my family members got her deers erased by being in the beach and she was stopped and asked to go to the reception to check if she was a guest at the hotel but we told the security to look at our bracelets and they were from the hotel and my grandmas was also fading yet he didn’t believe us so we had to go to the reception. It was time wasted that we had to deal with just for them to be yes they are guests. And then it happened again because the first time they didn’t change our bracelets when they should’ve have done that in the first place.
GGuest UserAlthough the facilities are a bit old, it is understandable considering its history of more than 80 years. Almost perfect location: walking distance from the main attractions in the old town, with unparalleled sea views. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is not rich, but the dining environment is very comfortable. If I have to mention one flaw, the music on the street in front of the hotel is too loud on weekend nights.
GGuest UserThe service is normal in general, with exceptions, such as excellent valet parking (they charge you extra for this service, $100 a day), but the one who prepares the omelettes is bad. The food is good, at least what I chose, the zarandeado was exquisite. The pool is generic, not the best. I think the internet is good.
The worst are the rooms, mattresses in terrible condition, and rusty hotel accessories.
They have sales agents to sell you hotel nights, ignore them, this is in very bad taste, they trick you into giving you 3 nights as a gift, which is a farce, they are just trying to sell you.
GGuest UserExcellent attention and service from the staff! Facilities in good condition. Perfect beach view.
They are two buildings, only some rooms have balconies. The pool is fine, with one deep area and one that is not so deep. The palapas by the pool are a restaurant. The beach area in front of the hotel is allowed for hotel guests only, which is cool.
