GGuest UserGreat location for those focused on kennedy space center or cruise tour. Large rooms with kitchen amenities. Reasonably priced laundry rooms. Adequate sports facilities with gym, swimming pool and basketball hoop. Free EV car charging station although there is only two available. Breakfast was good and what you usually get in residence inn in general. Very quite and comfortable beds
Would have been better if there were more ev car charging stations, cleaner and larger swimming pool, but this is to get to 10/10 from 9/10.

DDwayne WilliamOverall room 105 was good however what looks like mold in one corner of the front of the shower and dirtiness of the other corners both inside and outside need some serious cleaning and bathroom smelled moldy. Staff was great and very informative especially about the rocket lift off without us even asking the same evening of our stay. Would definitely stay there again however

GGuest UserExcellent service as usual, check in was a breeze and the front desk staff was amazing. My only complaint on this trip, they had no heat in the lobby (Come on folks, that’s an easy fix) It was freezing trying to have a few drinks at the lobby bar. Overall a great place to stay, fantastic Front Desk staff

GGuest UserThe hotel was great. I loved the oceanfront view, especially higher up. Mr. Joe at the front desk was very courteous and most helpful. The restaurant inside the hotel was great. Brian who rent out the umbrella and chairs (get there early to rent for the entire day $40) was also very respectful and laid back. The only problem I have is paying for parking at $9.95 per day. It is a hidden cost that if a person is on a tight could run into problems at the end of their stay. Oh, since COVID, you must request housekeeping ahead of time if you want your room cleaned. Overall love my stay and hopefully will return soon.

GGuest UserThe staff for the most part was wonderful. Server at breakfast during the week excellent. Terry head of maintenance excellent. Woman with dyed red hair at front desk very good.. The facility was not up to par for a Hilton. Charging for parking when the lot was 3/4 empty was an insult. The bartender snuck a $7 tip onto the bar bill for one drink and we didn’t have the receipt to prove it!

GGuest UserThe room was basic and dated but clean and spacious and great for the price. Location was excellent for accessing cocoa beach pier, you can just walk over as it’s just directly across. The beds were very comfortable and both my husband and I had a great sleep.

GGuest UserThe accommodations were spacious. Before our cruise we booked a one bedroom. After cruise upgraded to a 2 bedroom. Because I am a reward member. Beautiful. Pool was great. Restaurant so so.. I didn't like to go to bar to order . Then food was brought. Refill on soda was very nice extra. Nothing around we had friends so they drove to dinner. We had no car this trip. So it's limiting. So gift shop. Be nice to have a minimal and a small novelty store for. Last minute souvenirs. I liked it altho our elevator was out near our unit the entire time.

GGuest UserHet Island Hotel of Space Coast is een typisch betaalbaar motel in de Verenigde Staten, dat, zoals veel van zijn soort, een beetje verouderd is. Toch werd het motel goed onderhouden en alles zag er top verzorgd uit. De eigenaren waren bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam, wat het verblijf aangenaam maakte. De kamer, bedden en beddengoed waren allemaal schoon, en ik had geen enkel probleem met de hygiëne – alles was wat verouderd maar verder in prima staat.
Wat betreft het ontbijt was het eenvoudig, maar voldoende: wat brood, jam, ontbijtgranen, koffie, thee en melk. Voor de prijs kun je uiteraard geen uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet verwachten, maar het was prima voor een snelle start van de dag.
Al met al biedt het Island Hotel of Space Coast een goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding, met vriendelijke service en een verzorgde, schone omgeving. Het is ideaal voor wie op zoek is naar een no-nonsense verblijf zonder te veel poespas.
