Spark by Hilton Cleveland Beachwood

Very nice staff, clean room. The only complaint is our room was right beside the highway and it was very hard to sleep.

We needed a reasonably priced room for a medical appointment. We were very happy with our 1 night stay. The price, the room, everything was great. I definitely would recommend.

I say at this hotel often when I come to town and it’s absolutely always a pleasant stay! Clean and accommodating. The staff has been truly wonderful to see each visit with especially Mark, Christine and the entire front desk staff! If you’re looking for a comfortable, friendly and cost effective stay, you won’t be disappointed!

This was my first time staying in a Spark property. Overall I was quite happy with it. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The beds great. There were plenty of towels as well. Breakfast had everything we needed. Kris (not sure the spelling) at the front desk was a real pleasure to deal with and was very helpful with any questions or needs we had. The price was better than surrounding properties. As the sign said quite accurately - the property was "delightfully practical". If I had to nitpick: no safe in the room, and the water pressure wasn't great. That's it.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was a advertised and it was constantly refreshed. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent cleanliness and customer service - check in and check out was very pleasant and I even had someone check in on me through text message to see how my stay was going!

Great front desk service. Friendly and helpful. Requested a quiet room and was provided with one. Room was large, clean and updated. Breakfast was ok. Just happy to have something. Location was good near restaurants, stores and main highways. I felt safe as a solo traveler.

Uncomfortable bed, a remote that didnt work for the tv (notes on tv for changing channel and turning it on/off), dirty towels, and the display for the ac didnt work so it was a guessing game as to if it was heating/cooling and what temperature it was at. Its a hotel you can stay at but i wouldnt recommend it for long.
