Parkhotel Beatenberg

Hotels in the center of Interlaken are super expensive, and it's not easy to find this one. You can take bus 101 up the mountain from the West Train Station to the hotel entrance. When you go to the hotel, the bus driver will give you a free ride when you hear that you are staying in this hotel. The next day, the hotel will give you a free ride card. You must always carry it with you. Buses and trains at the West Train Station are free. The room with a balcony has a dazzling mountain and lake view. Breakfast is in the restaurant on the first floor, which also faces the mountain and lake view. Dinner is on the second floor, which also faces the beautiful mountain and lake view. The hotel can make simple pizza and soup, and the mushroom soup is quite good. The only drawback is that the shower room is very small. People over 1.8 meters tall should be careful. The whole room is also very mini. The bed is 0.8 meters wide, very small, and the mattress is very soft, which makes it uncomfortable to sleep.

後花園的風景很棒，酒店有些老舊又有些old money的感覺

The room was a cute pension-like room, and there was a shared terrace with the neighbors. It was great to eat and drink on the terrace! The food I bought at the supermarket tasted even better♪ If it's chilly, you can wrap yourself in the blanket in the room. The location is a bit of a downside, as it can only be reached by car or bus from Interlaken, but there were other good things, such as: ⚫︎There were several sections with great views along the way ⚫︎We were given a ticket to ride the bus for free on the way back (downbound) (it was helpful because we didn't have to call Uber), so overall I was satisfied◎ (!) I couldn't exchange money for Japanese yen at the hotel! But the receptionist was kind and helpful, and I was able to learn a lot of things♪

As you can see in the first picture, no alcohol. There is no air conditioning. Originally, the cheapest room was around 16, but I got the lake view room at 19. The view was so beautiful, it was great. The room condition was good. It was clean. However, you can't drink alcohol, and if it's late, there's nothing to do around Bettenberg. If you say you like to sleep quietly, I recommend it, but no, if you want to hang out in a crowded place, go to Interlaken. Breakfast was also clean and good. I had a good rest.

Very good, but the front desk service is only until 19:00. The environment is superb, the service is also good, the breakfast is very nice, especially in the garden, it is superb.
