Nous avons passés 2 nuits nous avons eu un très bon accueil de la part de la gérante ainsi que de ces enfants La proximité avec la plage et les restaurant et très appréciable De plus le jardin très bien entretenu et très plaisant Nous vous remercions pour ce beau moment passé chez vous.

Жили в номере Стандарт на втором этаже (номер без кухни). Уборка хорошая, через день, смена белья один раз за неделю проживания. Холодильник и кондиционер работали исправно. Горячая вода и электричество - без перебоев. В комнате и на балконе Wi-fi работал хорошо. Из туалетных принадлежностей только мыло и туалетная бумага, 2 полотенца. В номере нет сейфа и фена для волос, есть маленький чайник и чашки. Шкаф с вешалками для одежды, кофейный столик со стульями. Просторный балкон со столиком и плетёными креслами. С балкона открывается красивый вид на гору. Территория у отеля не большая, представляет из себя ухоженный сад. Из минусов: В номере темновато. И второе - муравьи. Были муравейники за зеркалом на стене и в дверной коробке туалета. Муравьев победили в первый же день спреем от комаров и антисептиком 😄 5 минут до пляжа, рядом 5 магазинов, несколько точек "Take away" и автобусные остановки. Если на ресепшн никого нет, проходите по стрелке "Parking", справа будет дом где живёт хозяйка. В целом отель оставил приятные впечатления.

From January 18, 2022 to January 27, we vacationed on Beauvallon Beach in the Seychelles and lived in the two-star hotel "Willa de roses", which is located five minutes from the beach. The choice fell on this hotel because of its proximity to shops, a pharmacy, a currency exchange office and a magnificent beach. The hotel itself is no frills, a room without a kitchen, there is an electric kettle, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a bathroom combined with a toilet, a large comfortable balcony with a table and two armchairs, there is a TV (there are no channels in Russian). Among the two star hotels (economy) this is the best. Very attentive hostess and all the staff. The day before departure, they brought us a compliment from the hotel, a delicious broomstick. The location is not bad with a nice well-kept garden, 100 meters from the sea, some nice rooms, others in need of renovation (there were 13 of us with 7 rooms so we saw almost all of them), but what stands out most is the rudeness, indisponence and arrogance of the lady who manages, practically non-existent, on the day of arrival at 3.30 pm there was no one among 13 people except a little girl who knew nothing, after 15 minutes the lady arrived and started distributing rooms at random without having a voucher from anyone realizing that a room was missing, he then went to print the booking sheet and after 45 minutes they assigned us the rooms. The other days we never saw him, on the last day having the transfer at 3pm we asked him if we could keep a towel for every 2 people to take a shower which was outside since he didn't have a courtesy room, obviously he told us no and that we had to use our own towels. I conclude that excluding the price which is good, a little more kindness and courtesy to those who make you work and earn money wouldn't hurt.

Reservation via booking for 2 months for an apartment with kitchen and two bedrooms (we are 2 adults with 2 children). We arrive to take possession of the premises and there the manager tells us that our accommodation has been overbooked and therefore already taken by another family. As a solution she offers us 2 tiny rooms without any comfort, therefore neither kitchen nor living room for the 4 of us to meet up and cook. Taken by surprise we couldn't find anything else and accepted. The lady's commercial gesture proved to be worthless since she made us pay the full rate for the rooms (admittedly a little cheaper than the apartment but nothing to do with the expected service) which gave the impression of a scam... In addition, we wanted to have the breakfast offered on the reservation sites but in fact the lady no longer does it! Fortunately the proximity of the restaurants saved our evening. 1 very bad memory for our last night in the Seychelles too bad...
