Outdated hotel, the rooms are outdated and the cleanliness is not up to par!!!!
Room service is non-existent and reception is not responsive to our requests.
Hairs and dirt seeds all over the bathroom.
The floor coverings are deteriorated, the cabinet panels do not close and the fridge is never cleaned from one rental to another.
In short, we will never go back there!!!

$200 a night doesn't even clean the rooms during the day.

Good service, perfectly warm, clean spa.
The subway, tim horton, st-hubert, mecdo are right next to the hotel.
Only problem, the internet network is poor, but that's really the only drawback.

The service was excellent, the staff courteous and attentive.
The room was very clean as was the entire hotel, the lobby and the floor we were on.
On the other hand, I found the air conditioning in the room very noisy.
I also found that the room was poorly soundproofed, I could hear the shower from neighboring rooms quite clearly in the morning.
Overall, I would rate it 3/5. It's still good value for money, I was traveling on business and wanted an inexpensive room for one night and I had to leave early.

mon seul point faible, la personne à l'accueil. Pas très souriante quoique respectueuse. Nous avons du demander ou était la piscine et restaurant !! Prends notre nom, nous fait signer les documents, nous donne la clé et au revoir. Elle n'a pas expliqué le wifi, la piscine ni même ou était notre chambre. Manque de professionnalisme selon moi. Dommage car c'est la première personne que l'on rencontre à notre arrivée !
