Nous avions réservé pour profiter de la piscine intérieure vu la chaleur accablante, mais n avons pas pu en profiter , l eau était tellement froide, les gens qui étaient présents étaient aussi déçu que nous. Donc terminé pour nous cet hôtel.

Chambre petite, salle de bain encore plus petite mais la chose dramatique est l’insonorisation nulle…. Semaine de relache, beaucoup de familles avec enfants…. Mais dramatique est ecouter marcher en dessus de votre chambre et avoir peur par le bruit vraiment grand que celui qui marche sur votre tete puisse tomber…. On se plaint a’ la reception et la reponse est… “dans la salle de Bain bois avez les bouchons pour les oreilles “… deja prevu auparavant…. A’ propos… des que vous arrivez on vous bloque 100 dollars en caution Mais quand vous repartez…. I stayed at this hotel during my short vacation and it was perfect for what I needed and affordable. Clean, welcoming and well located for activities in the Quebec region. I'll go back there for sure.

Nice location, we took the motel section. Very clean, modern and affordable room. The welcome is great! There's a little catch! we went there on February 4-5, 2023 and unfortunately the heating was faulty. We would have appreciated if the receptionist had informed us.
