Park Hyatt in Beaver Creek is a cut above. The service here is always great. The rooms are stylish and comfortable. The location right next to the village and/or mountain views are spectacular. The hotel has a nice restaurant and the village has lots of options too. The skiing here in the winter is ideal with ski and boot valets. This place can't be beat.

Check in was quick. The virtual assistant was fabulous. The cleaning team was on point. The food, especially breakfast in the restaurant was yummy. We felt very spoiled during our stay and we are grateful to the attention to detail and kind care of the team.

The resort was amazing and all the staff were so attentive and kind. The Exhale Spa is not to be missed. Truly excellent service in a lovely setting. So thrilled and enjoyed the spa so much, that I even went back to enjoy the mineral baths again on the same day!

This place was beautiful. It backs up to the ski runs. I went in the fall and it was great. The staff are very friendly, the hotel is clean and so beautiful. I had a wonderful time and definitely be back again. It was cool that it was secluded and hidden and at the same time it was close in proximity to the bars and restaurants. Didn't have to leave the property.

Be sure to take time to send in the spa. The magnesium pool is so relaxing. The copper spa feels so good. And even better is the actual massage. The therapist was so fantastic. He gave me to best massage ever. There’s nothing better than going on a refreshing hike and finishing the day with a massage.

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Although they seemed a bit short-staffed, which is understandable during shoulder season, the team members who were there were genuinely kind and helpful. My room was very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making it a relaxing stay overall. A nice spot for a getaway, even during quieter times of the year.

The Hyatt Beaver Creek is always a joy. The rooms are wonderful, love the yoga mat and hot water availability. the ceiling fans are ideal the bar needs to be more staffed the night we all arrive, we do this every year and there is never enough bartenders!

I always feel spoiled when I go to the Park Hyatt Beaver creek anytime of the year! The fire pits and the hot tubs are one of my favorite aspects and the proximity to the mountain. No matter time of the year you visit, there is always something fun to do there.

I would recommend a stay here, the staff was warm and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The Village has everything you need on site.

One bad moment ruined our stay. We arrived Wednesday and departed Saturday. We went down to the dining room for breakfast…we had eaten there several times including breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food and service had been very good. However, this morning we were asked to come back 15 minutes later. There were plenty of open tables and me being 70+ and having two bad knees asked if we could just sit down…we didn’t care if we had to wait to be served. The reply surprised both of us…”Well that would be very awkward! Just come back later.” We left and will not be back. One simple request and one hostess that is in dire need of some customer service training.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights for a wedding. We had never stayed at a Park Hyatt but assumed the brand was on par with St. Regis, Four Seasons, Ritz, etc. We were greatly mistaken. Dated rooms aside, the most disappointing aspect was the service. For a luxury hotel, there was zero service. The hotel bar was never open, even when it was supposed to be open. The wine options throughout the hotel were either unavailable or plain awful. The on-property restaurant had well executed food, but a small menu such that we had no desire to go back and order the same meal. Typical luxury hotels have room service available 24 hours, or at the very least 11pm, but here it ends at 9pm, including weekends. And as we learned, if you want your room cleaned at a normal time (e.g. during the day while you are gone for 6 hours), you have to explicitly request that. Some of these issues may have been due to labor shortages, but there was never a shortage of front desk associates even late into the evening. Perhaps our expectations weren’t inline with what a Park Hyatt truly is, but this experience was bad enough that we are now canceling another Park Hyatt reservation in Milan for later this month.

Beautiful hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms. Perfect, convenient location. Close to everything you could possibly want in the village.

Picked this location to celebrate our 50th anniversary with family. No issues, seller service, flawless property.

Not the best. Beautiful location, clean rooms, but not really as amazing as you'd expect from a Hyatt, especially if you are a member. You will not be able to work here. There is no quiet. You won't find coffee in the lobby - unless you're willing to pay six bucks a cup (really, Hyatt?). Room service will not respect requests for quiet and privacy - they knocked and knocked and knocked all day despite my respectfully declining, they kept coming back and knocking more. I was on the phone several times in court hearings and I had to stop and answer the door to get the to stop. Not just once - this was ongoing. They would not take no for an answer. When I finally opened the door and asked them to either clean or please leave me alone, but quietly because I was on the phone with a judge, they apologized and I thought they'd stop. Ten minutes later they started CALLING! Incessantly. Every day. I was there for a biz conference and I had to work in between and I could not get any peace. in the evenings people were partying loudly all night in the hallways - weeknights! - and the staff did nothing. Some people are here for vacation, which would be a blast, sure. But if you are here for work, you're going to struggle. I got no quiet and no sleep. And no coffee. Thanks Hyatt. Also, I'm a Hyatt member and pay a fortune annually in fees and one of the benefits is supposed to be no resort fees, but they didn't honor that at all. I didn't feel like I got any membership benefit here at all. Very meh for business travel.
