its a super-8 in Beaver, so I dont want to oversell it, but if you need convenient, clean, well-attended lodging at a good price, this will serve you well.

The room was quiet.
The property needs a lot of work. It has been painted but there is paint spots on the floor every where. The curtains are very old.
The room was clean but very aged.
Beds were clean but very uncomfortable.

The hotel room itself was clean by just very dated. The surrounding area, parking lot, and dining area is in need of care. I was shocked by the trash around the surrounding area plus the two women knocking on the door at 2 am...they continued to knock on each door looking for someone?

Our stay was very good . The only thing that could be fixed would be the desk clerk didn't have a sense of humor. But some people don't.

Our bathroom light made a blood curdling noise so we didn't even shower and there was left over coffee in the pot. Bed was not very comfortable. Glad it was a one night stay

Must be a new owner. They painted the room and in the process got some paint on the rug which one realizes they hadn't cleaned the carpet in a very long time. Good location but some things they need to do to clean it up.
