The staff were readily available if you needed them. The grab and go breakfast was convenient for being on the go for our trip. The showers were HOT and in a good way. Most hotels you cannot get a nice hot shower.

The property is new and uses materials in the room that area easy to clear (no carpet etc.) Beds are very comfortable, and the noise in the hotel in non-existent. In a newer, clean neighbourhood.....

Needs blackout curtains. I couldn't sleep as the room was lit up by the outside lights and bathroom night lights.
I'm not like most people, most would have no trouble sleeping with the curtains drawn shut.
Otherwise, the best continental breakfast I've ever had. Clean, friendly but a little minimal.
Highly recommend for a crash space, just not for groups or if you like your bedrooms pitch black at night.

My room was not cleaned. There was little splatters of blood on the shower wall and the trash can was not emptied. The bed sheets did not look like they were a fresh set just the bed made. I reserved an accessible room and was checked into a standard room. Cleanliness of the room terrible and disturbing.

We were in town for a volleyball tournament and they started with a very pleasant staff greeting fairly late for arrival. Then they opened breakfast up earlier so the girls wouldnt miss out. That is what impressed me. Thank you for making the players a priority, that is customer service satisfaction 100%!!

We had problems getting to the hotel due to weather conditions. Upon arrival, at 3AM, they canceled out reservation due to "no-show" and we had to pay for 2 new reservations. Incredible. We will NEVER stay in any of this chain again.
