Microtel Inn by Wyndham Beckley

Staff were helpful and friendly. Our housekeeper Misty did a great job with making sure we had everything we needed during our stay she also provided us with a laugh or two Keep up the good work Misty you are great at what you do. I think the only downfall is that the hot tub didn't have any pressure.

Table had a juice ring on it like it wasn’t cleaned off. Room was very dusty and the white sheets had yellow stains on them. Wanna give 0 stars but the bathroom was decent and the room had nice ac. Place didn’t seem crowded so not sure we got such a terrible room

Looks modernized and the staff were super nice. There was rat poop on the chair in my room, which automatically gets a low rating from me. The air conditioner had expressed insulation, so not super safe. And the pool was falling appart. Falls short of what I would expect at this price point. Breakfast was good and area looked clean.

The front desk woman was friendly & our room was clean. Breakfast was good too.

We had originally booked this hotel for two nights but ended up having to stay longer than expected. We decided to actually switch hotels instead of extending our stay. When we first got there, the front desk informed us the elevator was down and we would have to take the stairs…. No biggie. They then proceed to say how the elevator had also been down the previous day and had been fixed but was down again….. the next day it was working again but we refused to take it… sketchy. The hotel was dirty, a bunch of dead bees and bugs everywhere. The beds were uncomfortable, the pillows felt like someone had stuffed a bunch of paper in them and put a pillowcase on it. I will say that the sheets felt clean. The walls are paper thin and the doors slam no matter what…. Overall, would not stay again and hopefully our next hotel will be better!

Andrea was very pleasant. The room is nice. Beds are comfy. Would stay here again
