후기가 없어서 걱정됐지만 생각보다 좋았습니다. 싱글룸은 대형캐리어 하나를 펼치면 가득 찹니다만, 혼자 사용하고 가격대비 괜찮다고 생각합니다. 모든 직원들이 매우 친절합니다. 엘리베이터는 없지만 방까지 짐을 올려다주고 내려줍니다. english breakfast 조식도 맛있고요. 다만 여성인 경우 개인 헤어드라이어를 지참하는 게 좋겠습니다. 퇴실할 때 말하니 아직 오픈한지 3주 째라 많은 점을 개선 중이라 했으니 나중에는 있을 수도 있겠네요. 소음은 없고 거리 주변 치안도 좋았어요. underground랑도 걸어서 10분 내외로 갑니다. 가성비 좋은 영국식 숙소 찾으면 추천해요.

The room is not in the restaurant and bar, but in a second floor next door, the waiter is very warm and helps us with our luggage. We stayed at 11 o'clock in the evening and the restaurant closed. The rooms are small, but the basic facilities are there, as well as pots for hot water. The size of the bathroom is acceptable, that is, the washbasin is really too small (pictured), about 15 cm wide and 30 cm long, which is very inconvenient. Well organised check-in system, contact less really. My only complaint would be the noise coming from the people upstairs, clomping around back and forth. Otherwise good location to Terminal 2, pretty straightforward

A nice budget hotel located very close to Westfield shopping centre. The front desk people were super helpful, Jamal ,Zubeer and Aline from housekeeping as well. Rooms above the basement are decent and cosy.

Check in service was excellent. Location, couldn’t ask for anything better. Breakfast included was poor. Kitchen area had only one small table. Also, only a few cups, which were currently being used by another family so had to wait 30 mins to service ourselves only bread and peanut butter. Fridge completely empty. 😢

Be careful when booking as cancellations are not allowed! There's no front desk; you have to call to open the door, or use a self-service key to unlock it. The building is old and run-down. It's okay if you want an experience, but the price... I didn't sleep well all night; it felt like there were machines constantly running! I was also woken up this morning by footsteps from upstairs; the wooden floors don't insulate well...

The hotel was opened by the father and son. The father didn't speak English very much. He had physical communication with his strokes, but he was very enthusiastic. He asked him to borrow a refrigerator and take whatever he wanted. The public space of the hotel is very small, but the room is OK, it is worthwhile in this part of London.
