Wir hatten vergangenes Wochenende das große Vergnügen unsere Hochzeit auf Gut Hohenholz zu feiern. Es war der schönste Tag unseres Lebens und das wäre ohne dieses phantastische Team nicht möglich gewesen. Wir haben noch nie so ein herzliches, zuvorkommendes und professionelles Servicepersonal erlebt wie hier. Jeder Einzelne stand uns von Anfang bis Ende mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Es wurde alles dafür gegeben, aufkommende Probleme im Stillen zu lösen und von uns als Hochzeitspaar fern zu halten, und es wurde sich sogar den Aufgaben und Problemen angenommen, für die sie gar nicht zuständig waren. Andrea Frevel und ihr Team haben in jeden Handgriff so viel Herzblut gegeben und sind uns in so vielen Dingen entgegen gekommen, dass wir ihnen nicht dankbarer sein könnten. Unsere Hochzeitssuite war angenehm groß und sehr sauber. Man ist mitten auf dem Land, umgeben von Wiesen, Wäldern und ganz vielen Pferden. Einfach traumhaft. Und aus eigener Erfahrung können wir sagen, dass die Pferde SEHR an Hochzeitspaaren interessiert sind, was ein paar sehr schöne und lustige Fotos ergeben hat :) Wir sind begeistert und kommen mit Sicherheit wieder!

Das Gut ist sehr ruhig gelegen in einer schönen Umgebung. Das ist leider schon das einzige positive. Die Zimmer sind renovierungsbedürftig. Im Bedezimmer hängt der Handtuchhalter von der Wand, Fußbodenleisten fehlen usw. Die Sauberkeit lässt auch sehr zu wünschen übrig. Überall im Zimmer lagen Staubfussel herum. Telefonisch ist auch niemand erreichbar und wenn man auf den Anrufbeantworter spricht, erhält man keine Rückmeldung.

This is a wonderful property in a countryside setting with an equally nice restaurant. I had enjoyable stays there before. However, service and reception quality seem to have deteriorated over the years. On our last stay, we were not even able to use the room we had booked: The reception was closed when we arrived within the stated opening hours, I could find no keys, and no phone number could be reached. Aggressive behavior around my later request for a refund. So I will not be back.
