The location is beautiful, surrounded by the mountains. The Christmas lights was an added bonus to the outside and inside. The inside is like a museum, with shops and restaurants. I loved the stair cases. Our view from our room was nice, it over looked the front of the hotel. We didn't get time to go to the pool but even the pool area was beautiful. The entire place was very clean from inside to outside. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend a stay here!

We are regulars at Bedford Springs and is out favorite place to go for a quick getaway since we don’t live far from resort :) Food and quality drinks , a beautiful comfortable room and love the outdoor poolside to relax 👍. Planning another stay in the near future 👍

What was an incredible getaway is now a sub par hotel. The good - beautiful grounds, gorgeous golf course, nice spa area. The bad - no one helps with bags, food was hit or miss (from good to inedible), rooms are outdated and worn, our ironing board was broken and the pad was stained. Although some of the staff were amazing..(to the woman was tending bar at the golf clubhouse and our waitress as the restaurant.. many thanks, you all rock). A lot of the staff were not very attentive or just not friendly. One of breakfast casseroles served on one day tasted spoiled and the omelette the next day also tasted rotten and the waffles were dry. On a good note the coffee was good.. We really needed a break from a stressful week and we left way more stressed. This was not a cheap getaway. We had so many fond memories of previous visits, but I doubt if we will ever come back.

Spent two nights at the Bedford Springs Omni for a golf getaway. The hotel was historic and beautiful with gorgeous grounds. Our room was very comfortable with a nice view.The hiking trails and springs were awesome. The outdoor pool area was very pleasant and my husband really enjoyed the indoor mineral pool. The golf course was plush and amazing. Food was great, although pricey. I think what stood out the most was that every staff interaction we had was incredible. Everyone went out of their way to make our experience wonderful.

In general, we find Omni hotels to be wonderful but especially the service. No matter what city we are in, the service is always outstanding and this time was no exception. The property is quite beautiful, exquisitely restored to is former grandeur and beauty. The indoor mineral springs fed pool is really cool; the fire pit is a wonderful gathering place in the evening, the grounds are great with lots of outdoor things to do. Afternoon tea (complimentary) was wonderful. We went for a little getaway, there was a wedding with over 200 guests, yet the place is so big, we felt like we had it to ourselves. The large veranda off of all the rooms was also quite lovely at night, especially when enjoying a trio of cupcakes special while lounging in our rocking chairs. Very peaceful.

What a place! I'm in awe at the preserved history and restored beauty of this resort. Nestled in its own valley, Bedford Springs Omni Resort is a fabulous stay...for business, pleasure, or history seeker. Beautiful piece of preserved and exquisitely restored history. Great for business retreat as mine was. Relaxing with many amenities including golf, hiking, fishing etc. If these walls could talk. I'm told that 12 different US presidents have stayed here, one or two as a summer vacation home. Bring your friends, bring your family, or schedule a business conference or gathering here. You won't be disappointed.

There was leftover room service food in the hallway during my entire stay which was covered in flies and ant. The hallway was littered with trash including napkins and empty hangers. It had not been vacuumed in a long time. The property has not been maintained, the room was tired and the plumbing did not function completely, the staff was rude and not at all accommodating. The Hampton is cleaner and friendlier.

This hotel is charming from its entrance, they have magic in each room, with antique decoration and full of history, since it is one of the oldest hotels in the United States. The rooms are very comfortable and with a beautiful view of the mountains. They have several restaurant options with delicious dishes! The service is excellent, each of the employees will make you feel very good.
