Omni Bedford Springs Resort

Extraordinary stay!

This was our first visit. The resort was recommended by our daughter that had visited on two previous occasions. We were totally taken care of in all aspects of our stay. First, my wife had an enriching experience at the spa. The natural springs provided a relaxing journey for her. Her manicurist, Kenna, was so personable, attentive, and caring. She truly enjoyed her time there. Secondly, our meal at the Frontier Restaurant was perfect and Jacob our server helped make it so. The food was prepared superbly and was very tasty. The Tavern Burger and Mac and Cheese with Brisket totally disappeared. We spent time completing a puzzle in the library, took the free resort historical tour, which was very informative, and met delightful person from Romney, West Virginia in the coffe shop. All staff interaction was very pleasant and all were attentive. I spent a few hours on the nearby trails running and hiking which were exceptionally maintained and marked. Be sure to wear a shoe with goid traction. Attached photos will show the forest floor and trails. Very interesting find here. I saw two Ghost Plants or Indian Pipes. Found throughout many areas in North America but rarely seen. The plant is parasitic and totally pale, no green due it's lack of chlorophyll. Nice find. We truly enjoyed our stay. The room was well maintained, comfortable, and spotless. Only issue we encountered was the only elevator in the historical wing was at the center of the resort and we chose to take our own bags to the room. This meant climbing up and down two or three small sets of stairs as we traveled to our room. We will go back in October since we enjoyed our stay so much.

The experience and atmosphere at Bedford Springs is always top notch. It is the perfect retreat for couples who need a quick getaway to reconnect and enjoy time together.

Incredible experience. The staff was gracious and warm, the resort was in tip-top condition (notable considering the building are over 100 years old), and the overall experience was better than advertised.

My stay at the Omni Bedford Springs was wonderful. The staff is wonderfully friendly and informative. The hotel is historical and really lovely. There are seating nooks and comfortable sofas to chat or read. The room was very clear and quiet. The spa is top notch and offers a soothing space to relax. The grounds are beautifully kept and quite a few activities were available. I highly recommend this hotel.
