There is nobody on site. Since ********** is not providing the phone number of the hotel, we had to find it ourselves. Basically the person is giving you online where to get the key !
There is no breakfast including as it is stated in the ad, moreover, there is no spa as stated in the ad.
I would have probably not choosen this hotel if I had know this before booking

Petit cocon au milieu des montagnes au décors fabuleux. Tout à été fait avec un goût qui sort de l’ordinaire. Calme et sérénité. Nous aurons le plaisir d’y revenir bientôt, également en hiver ou ce doit être tout aussi féerique.

EN: The apartment is located in a very quiet small village, where the only sound comes from the river. Inside, the apartment is silent. The staff is friendly and helpful. They served a genuine and delicious vegan dinner at candlelight in the apartment and prepared for us tasty sandwiches for lunch. Super recommended for any traveler, especially for vegan ones. IT: Un appartamento accogliente e spazioso, con mobili in legno in un grazioso stile montano. L'appartamento si trova in un borgo molto tranquillo, dove l'unico rumore è lo scorrere del fiume. All'interno, l'appartamento è silenzioso. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile. Hanno servito un deliziosa cena vegana a lume di candela in appartamento e ci hanno preparato gustosi panini per il pranzo. Super consigliato per qualsiasi viaggiatore, specialmente per quelli vegani.

La camera al piano terra è davvero molto bella e confortevole. Purtroppo l’elenco dei servizi disponibili è fuorviante: wellness & co. non ci sono perché erano legati all’hotel vicino, al momento chiuso. La colazione sembra possibile ordinarla con un sovrapprezzo, alcune informazioni indicano un costo di 12.50 franchi, altre di 9.50 franchi. In realtà la colazione al momento non è disponibile. Indicano essere convenzionati con un ristorante di Bedretto (a 1 km), ma l’informazione non include le indicazioni sul costo o su come riservare. Consigliano di portarsi la colazione da casa (cosa che abbiamo fatto), ma abbiamo scoperto che non sono disponibili né piatti, né posate, ma solo bicchieri di carta. Ripeto: luogo splendido, ma il prezzo è esagerato in relazione ai sevizi non disponibili e in relazione alla presentazione della struttura su TripAdvisor o su altre piattaforme. Peccato.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo piccolo oasi di pace per due notti. Siamo stati molto bene. In estate sicuramente la zona offre molte più attività e ristoranti aperti, ma per chi cerca un luogo per staccare la spina qualche giorno è l’ideale.

Uno spazio delizioso, quiete, riposo! Camera grande abbastanza e ben disposta. Mauro super premuroso. E, cosa fantastica per noi, tanti cani carinissimi che raramente, troppo raramente!, si fanno vedere. Una due giorni rigenerante al massimo. Grazie!

We were on a motorcycle trip through the Alps and booked this place as it was on our route. The website showed dinner and breakfast options were available. Upon arriving it was difficult at best to locate the place. No signs helping you find it. We had to call the owner three times. Finally found it. The chalet itself is very nice. A typical chalet. However, the restaurant was closed down. The next possibility for a warm meal was about a 10 minute drive away. That meant, for us, putting on all our motorcycle gear again. Not what we wanted after driving all day. We were lucky that the one place that was open offered to make us a cold plate. (Then we didn’t have to drive) Though I realize the owner of the Chalet cannot control when other businesses are open or not, he should not advertise that there are dinner/breakfast options available. This and the bad directions are the reasons for the two stars. Otherwise it is a nice quiet place. The beds were comfortable and the room clean. If you stay here, be sure to bring something to eat.
