The place is a little run down there's an update it wasn't clean I felt like I need to shower every time get out of the bed because the she's had some kind of stains it wasn't enough towels have to ask for extra. Couldn't even open the window because at night the restaurant under the window was smoking barbecue

I wanted to thank receptionists and manager for helping us with late check out (till 7:00 pm) with a very little payment. A lot of appreciation for doing this. In general Leonardo in Beersheba pretty nice hotel, comfortable rooms, nice breakfast. We really enjoyed staying there. Galina Shurin

We stayed here on a sleepy winter night. Check in was swift but very indifferent and lacking in info. The lobby seemed sad and dull and the bar wasn't open. Room felt very clean although outdated and we had a good night's sleep although the pillows felt old and thin. Bathroom requires an update but is nevertheless functioning and clean. TV transmition was a little grainy and the chanels did not match what was written in the guide. I tried calling reception but there were no instructions as to which number to dial. The hotel app itself didn't offer the things it claimed to include .. such as room service menu, meal times etc and was very basic and uninformative. Breakfast variety was good but mostly not tasty. At this price level I would expect so much more... so while it was OK it was not at all worth the price.

This is a run-of-the-mill place. Nothing special. The staff is very good - friendly and helpful, but they are working with a run down building. - There is parking at front, but can be full in the evenings when there is a wedding in the adjacent facility. Air conditioning is less than adequate - in my party of three, two of us had to have maintenance on our air conditioning. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, but nothing really great.

I had a delightful stay, the service was good whenever I had an issue the reception girl named Adi was very helpful- she was my go to, she has very good english and made helped with everything, thank u!

Not recommended at all. The hotel is located just next to a function hall, where all sorts of weddings and other celebrations are taking place. No parking place, constant load noise. Real nightmare. If you have children who need to go to sleep early- you are in a problem..we had noise till about 1pm in the night. And they didnt even offer to compensate us. What a bad place!

The staff were friendly, welcoming and spoke good English. The rooms were comfortable and tended to daily. The swimming pool was nice although only open during certain hours. The breakfast was definitely the low point of the hotel. Very poorly managed and understaffed. The scrambled eggs had developed a crust from being under a hot tray for too long. The pastries were also kept under hot lights, which rendered them hard and dry, this was every single morning. The egg cooking station was often unmanned and left on, so that the smell of smoke and burning debris could be smelled. Nothing was labled, so everything was a guess. The coffee station was one machine and was manned by the restaurant manager so there was a constant queue for hot drinks.. certainly something to look into. Also with regards to parking, the hotel have a function facility for weddings, so parking after the afternoon into the night is really an issue, as its free for customers. Hotel was overpriced, but unfortunately there was no other option.

My stay at the Leonardo Beersheva was very pleasant. The reception staff Adi Avitan was very welcoming and helped me check in and with extra requests I had throughout my booking. Was very nice to have someone that could speak English so well, the hotel seemed busy but she went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. The rooms were great and I would definately come back again.

The hotel is a decent place to stay in Beersheva. There are no doormen or bellboys; guests must transport their own luggage. Our room, a junior suite, was roomy with plenty of storage area for clothing. Bathroom had a good shower (although in a tub) and plenty of counter space. Towels were thin. There were not enough outlets for charging phones etc., unless you unplugged the standing lamp, leaving the room dark. Buffet breakfast is extensive & well supplied. Hotel is Sabbath-observant and was full of families on the Sabbath. There is self-parking and we always found a space, even when the hotel was crowded.

Interesting mix of positive and negative reviews here. My experience? The hotel is modern, the rooms are comfortable and big enough, the bed was very comfortable. the WiFI is fantastically fast, the view from my room (I was given a free upgrade to a high floor) was spectacular. Reception staff are helpful. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of options. I also had the in-house dinner buffet, which, at 150NIS, is NOT worth the money: it was an overpriced selection of very boring food. About Be'er Sheva: to be honest, it's not that interesting. I went to visit the Commonwealth War Cemetery. If you go, be sure which see the film offering they have. The film is interesting but the technology of the theatre itself is very surprising.

Very poor cleanliness in the public areas (we took the stairs instead of elevator and were shocked at the filth there). Room was spacious, bathroom seemed clean but the carpet was dirty (in room as well as hallway) and its change was long overdue. The area outside the hotel was also unpleasant. We stayed during the weekend which usually means breakfast is less promising, but the food was looking tired, the food area was messy and unclean, and the bread was hard and extremely far from fresh. The staff were very helpful and quick to reply and bring requested items to our room. Our overall experience was bad.
