難得評價一次，從來都是默認5星好評，這次真的氣到了，本來預訂你家酒店，中途小朋友不舒服，想退訂，酒店不退，不退就不退吧，想着是自己的問題，結果電話與酒店方溝通的時候態度真的很差，氣的連溝通的慾望都沒有了，作為服務行業連最基本的禮節性用語都不會的嗎？

前廳服務員託運行李箱的工作人員 態度特別差!託運的行李都不一一核對檢查，還不如上山前遊客中心的人，起碼還要給客人核對檢查，以免拿錯拿掉。這邊服務人員的態度特別特別差，非常沒有耐心，對遊客造成很不好的印象，感覺缺乏管理培訓，素質有待提高！其他酒店環境還不錯，就是衞生設施稍微老舊，洗澡水時冷時熱，國慶期間住宿價格還算合理，其他還不錯，但服務人員的態度確實有待改進!
