My colleagues and I booked 5 rooms and we were amazed by the service from the staff. We were allowed to check in early and check out late. Room was worth the money you pay and breakfast is also worth every penny. Dinner buffet provides so many options for food. I would definitely book this place again incase I visit Beihai again.

I would really recommend this hotel just for the private beach! The public beaches are full of people, but this hotels beach was very calm and pleasant. In the evening we had a meal on the beach.
The view from the room (on the sea side) was stunning.
The buffet breakfast is amazing. Huge variety of choices.
My only complaint would be the bathroom that felt a bit run down. Would need to be refreshed.

Furniture is a little old, curtains also should be upgraded, then all the rest including cleanliness is worth this money, very nice

Thanks Ivy and Team for the wonderful hospitality, she constantly checks in to make sure we are comfortable during our stay and always responds promptly. Hotel has been around here for a while but still very well maintained. Shanghai-La standards. Close proximity to local food options.

I extended my stay here because my flight back home was canceled. The entire process was hassle-free and in addition to that, I was gifted a christmas card from the hotel staff.
House keeping came every three days because most workers we sick due to covid and the botel was short staffed. However, supplies like water, soap, etc were alaways available in a self service area for guests on the resident floors and if one needed extra assistance, someone was always availato offer assistance.
My overall stay was wonderful and I hope to return soon!

Although the facilities are old, there’s a nice pool and big comfortable rooms. The room service is terrible and ordering food/drinks around the pool, by the bar etc involves many members of staff and big delays. The service really lets the hotel down.

The brand hotel is in a great location! Facing the Jintan Sea Boardwalk, it has its own beach and is not far from Beihai Old Street... Convenient for traveling and finding food.
Facilities: old, the toilet is too noisy, especially at night!

Five-star old hotel, the service is impeccable, and the needs are solved in time.
