這酒店服務不錯，從大堂門口下車主動幫搬行李到前台服務員主動上前辦理入住手續，門僮拿行李到電梯口等等，龍其早餐自助餐廳服務很主動，有個叫黃海芬的印象尤其深刻。下次去還會選擇入住這灑店，這才樣五星酒店的樣子。

對該酒店對於小童樂園的管理失望。小童樂園入場須知和免責申明形同虛設。根本沒人登記，也沒有現場工作人員管理。有小孩在裏面吃冰淇淋和喝可樂沒人阻止，也沒有家長陪同。向小孩説明裡麪不能吃冰淇淋和可樂無果，向最近的餐廳工作人員反映，希望阻止小孩在裏面吃冰淇淋和喝可樂，卻被告知允許在小童裏面可以吃冰淇淋和喝可樂。不一會這個小孩就把可樂灑了，過了10分鐘左右，打掃衞生的工作人員用抹布擦乾。

酒店環境非常好，一到酒店就感受到了大家的熱情，工作人員主動問好，主動幫拿行李，非常暖心！酒店距離銀灘衹需要幾分鐘時間，從酒店後花園過個小路就能到達銀灘，非常便捷，海景房景色超棒。前台小M非常耐心為我們辦理入住，小M還特意給我們調整房型和安排了水果，非常感謝他的細緻服務，很棒很好！還要感謝餐廳服務員於巧蓮、黃福芬，服務熱情周到，主動幫拿食物飲料，還送了小禮物，酒店早餐超好吃，特別是牛角麪包！這是一家非常暖心的酒店，服務很好，環境更加，推薦來北海的朋友入住，超值，我下次還會選擇這裏！

M位置很好後門出去就是銀灘浴場大門，服務態度好評，前台小莫M跟餐廳黃福芬大姐人很好，客房設施比較老，小童遊樂場小孩很喜歡，不滿意的地方泳池游泳圈不是免費的需要花錢，總體還是滿意的
