服務很到位，酒店裡麪也很好玩，環境也很好，很不錯，房間泳池直達外面，水是恆温的，小孩子玩得很快樂，浴巾，浴袍酒店補充也很快，從酒店出來就是大海，很方便

和女朋友出來玩的，很滿意這一次的住宿。入住前就打電話諮詢船票訊息安排接送，提前發了注意事項和攻略。發消息諮詢，回覆很快，耐心且親切。會講解攻略，介紹哪裡打卡最值得。很細緻。地址位置，離五彩灘貝殼沙灘景近，看日出方便。酒店門口就是海，步行1-2分鐘到海灘。床是一米八的大床，很舒適，還有一個榻榻米，房間衞生很乾凈整潔，酒店可以海鮮加工，點餐也是可以的。一樓大廳有個圖書室，有一個小院子，酒店早餐很好吃，吃完早餐可坐着曬曬太陽！很舒服。
小姐姐還幫我們約了看鯨魚，第一次看到鯨魚！太激動了。下次來了還會在住這一家，特別值！

服務：很好，前台小姐姐會講解攻略，幫提行李，有問題諮詢也會耐心細節解答，酒店有接送，晚上還有晚安燉品。大廳有免費水果提供，酒店早餐很好吃，蝦餅跟海鴨蛋一絕。
位置：位於五彩灘貝殼沙灘中間，看日出方便。酒店前面就是海，有一個小院子。大廳有圖書架，書籍可借來閲讀。想喝茶的話也有一個小茶室。旁邊還有一個網紅打卡點焰舞劇場。值得去看看，很近，退潮海邊走過去也就3-4分鐘。
環境：房間環境乾淨衞生，大玻璃窗看海很舒服，房間能躺着看日出。酒店裝修簡約風。
整體給我的很好，雖然衹住了一天，但是體驗感很棒。

服務：五星好評！從下船到離島，都很愉快，準備下船就有師傅聯繫，主動在路口等着，到店之後，前台主動幫忙拿行李，講解攻略，最近是潿洲島觀鯨季，小姐姐給我們安排的船很好，第一次看見鯨魚！很激動！海鮮是廚師代買的，不怕被坑了，去看鯨魚回來直接就是吃上廚師煮的飯，一級棒！如果下次來玩，還是會繼續住這個酒店！

房間整體情況挺好的，都是乾濕分離，服務很好，提出的問題前台都會耐心的回答，交流很愉快。另外海鮮市場買的海鮮可以在民宿直接加工，推薦椒鹽皮皮蝦！個人覺得很不錯👍

這次的入住體驗很好，前台接待服務熱情，周到，客房打掃及時高效，工作人員都很敬業能及時處理問題，非常滿意的一次入住體驗，在這家感受到了家的温馨。最主要酒店離海很近！躺床上可直接看到大海！躺床上可直接看到日出🌄廚師海鮮加工也很好吃，值得一試。
