Best Hotels near Universal Beijing Resort, Beijing

I had a fantastic 3-night stay at The Universal Studios Grand Hotel. The room was impeccably clean and tastefully decorated, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The bathroom, complete with a separate toilet and shower, was spotless, adding to the overall comfort. The bed was not only plush but also provided the perfect balance of support—making each night's sleep truly restful. The direct and early access to Universal Studios theme park was a major highlight, saving time and enhancing the overall experience. Being right next to Universal City Walk was incredibly convenient, allowing us to explore dining and entertainment options effortlessly. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Overall, a delightful experience that exceeded expectations.

It is a very convenient location for those who are going to Beijing to see Beijing Universal Studio. It is 5 minutes away from the metro station, so you can go anywhere. The hotel is very clean. Toiletries are changed daily. there is a very delicious restaurant right next door. If you don't change the picture of the address of the hotel you posted on Trip.com, it's a bit confusing to find the hotel. Attached is a photo of the current exterior. maybe it's easier for non-Chinese speakers like me.

It's quite close to Universal Studios and the subway station. The main thing is that there is a shuttle bus, which is quite considerate and the service is very attentive. The front desk also patiently introduced the surrounding food and other entertainment projects. The room is very clean. The layout is very neat, the sound insulation is good, and the price/performance ratio is very high. The chain brand is trustworthy.

Facilities: Very complete and new Very clean room, no peculiar smell Very nice, quiet and comfortable. The bed is also very comfortable Check-in was fast. The service was very warm. A souvenir was given when checking in. There were not many people when I went there. I was given a free room upgrade. There is also a free shuttle bus to Universal. The takeaway was delivered to the room by a small robot, which was very convenient. The elevator has access control, which makes it feel very safe. A keychain pendant was given when I checked out. The service attitude is really good. The supermarkets and restaurants around are very close and very convenient

It was great. I thought it was a bit expensive at first, but when I got there, I found that the guy at the front desk upgraded us to a suite. We didn't say anything. We were very surprised. Thank you very much. The decoration is very new, the whole house is smart, and it is very comfortable. Thank you!

Value for money! Even though the hotel is a little far from the city centre and away from most of the attractions (except universal studio), it was easy to make arrangements as the subway station is very near the hotel. There were a few local food places around the hotel that is good as well. Room was relatively more spacious as compared to the ones in the city centre. The facilities were new and clean. Bed and pillow was so comfortable! Hotel staff 小乔was such a great help to us during our stay there. She was very patient and went out of her way to help us with stuff that we are not familiar with. Others were welcoming as well :)

We stayed at the hotel as we were visiting Universal Studios Beijing. The hotel had a free shuttle service to and from the Studios which was super handy! The room was beautiful, although I would say far too hot, we're aware it's winter but the heat was too much we hardly slept the first night. The business room was great although the description should say that it's a room with an indoor facing window...so the card they provided saying that we should open a window if we were too hot was a little pointless. Breakfast was so-so in our opinion. We prefer both Chinese and Western breakfasts but their range wasn't great for Western. I would recommend providing simpler continental breakfast options such as cheese/ham for on the toast and larger proper croissants instead of donuts and other slightly strange options. Overall, the location was perfect, the staff were super lovely and the room was beautiful (albeit a little too hot but we felt it pointless to change as we only stayed two nights). We lost our room keys during the day and the ladies at the desk helped to replace them with no fuss (thank you!). Would recommend but bring your own breakfast haha.

The room was smaller than what i expected from the picture. I guess it's a budget hotel after all. Sheets and room smells a bit but nothing too unbearable. The front desk does not really speak english but communicable with baidu. Yes, they have a shuttle to universal but the bus conductor only spoke chinese and not really helpful. Wasnt sure on how to get back to the hotel so just took taxi hailing from the parking lot.
