Excellent location near Terminal 3, shuttle service to and from the hotel is quite efficient. The hotel staff are always friendly and courteous, always ready to assist you. As for the breakfast it has a great selection, much better than other hotels I’ve stayed at. The only negative comments are 1. Maintenance, the A/C was leaking heavily (pool of water on the floor) and by the water damage on the ceiling it has been leaking awhile. 2. Housekeeping came around at 08:30, knocked once and walked in. This is completely unacceptable and the hotel should have standard protocols for this.
