Tian'anmen Square and Wangfujing Area
The hotel looked luxurious and the location is good. Three minutes away from the metro station. It is also walking distance to the famous Wangfujing. However, I was disappointed with one of the receptionist where she was not very patient and gave us an attitude when we asked for recommendation for places to visit. She just said there was a shopping street nearby and kept frowning at us. Other than her, the rest were all very welcoming and professional. The room is exceptional too.

This hotel is impressive, with excellent service attitude, especially Xiao Zi from the guest relations depar**ent, who is polite and enthusiastic. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with complete facilities, and the breakfast is very rich. Overall, I am satisfied.

When I booked a room on Ctrip, I wanted to book one day first, and then book another day if the room was available. When I checked in, the front desk took us to see the room first, and upgraded it to a double bed on the third floor for free. It had large floor-to-ceiling windows, was spacious and bright, and I could see Xiangshan Mountain while lying on the bed. I decided to stay another day instantly. There was also a fruit plate every day, which was delivered quietly and would not disturb your rest. All five points! 👍👍👍
