Guanganmen Grand Metropark Hotel Beijing

Beijing West Railway Station Area
I highly recommend this hotel especially for foreigners (since it can host foreigners under the Chinese regulations). The location is very convenient - super close to the subway station (3 min-walk). The price is reasonable-great for the value. The hotel is clean. The room is spacious and the bed is comfy. Every staff is EXTREMELY helpful and friendly, especially John at the front desk. I also had evening snack delivered by a pink robot - which is super cool. I have stayed at numerous hotels across the US and this one definitely stands out!
Grand Metropark Yuantong Hotel Beijing

Xidan and Financial Street Area
The hotel has a good location and convenient transportation. The newly renovated rooms are very nice, so I decided to stay for one more night. Xiao Shi and Xiao Yang at the front desk are warm and considerate in their service. Thumbs up! Suggestion: Solve the problems of slow elevators and poor network. In addition, catering may be outsourced, and breakfast is not cost-effective!
Grand Metropark Hotel Beijing

China International Exhibition Center Area
I had a great stay during a business trip. My room was spacious and its position on the corner meant it was quite sound proof. I rarely get consecutive good night sleep at business hotels in China but this was the exception. Attentive staff who even brought an iron and an ironing board to my room at midnight when I released I didn’t have one in the room. It’s close to downtown Beijing which can be accessed by the Sanyuanqiao station. It’s about a 10 min walk from the hotel, a little complicated because you have to go under an underpass. Just follow your map and you’ll get there in no time. Taxi is also really easy and can pick you up from the front door. They also have a waimai cabinet for Meituan, so your deliveries will go there.

Daxing Airpot
I went for a small mini-break to escape the hustle of Beijing. I have been here before with friends. With friends and some wine this place is great. On your own it is great too... but only if you love the Hot Springs. I do. The hotel would be pointless if you don't like Hot Springs / Swimming. My only disappointment was that, because it was mid-week, the breakfast range was tiny compared to when I came with friends on the weekend. Both the hotel and Hot Spring were much cheaper... so that was good... but I felt that they over-simplified the breakfast buffet. Somethings they had before (like jams and preserves) are sealed and have long sell-by dates... so why not put them out? Likewise, why offer only one juice... can't you offer a range but put them in smaller containers if you are worried about waste? The Hot Springs are the clear highlight. I highly recommend going after dark. Tickets seem valid for 24 hours, so I went for a few hours daytime, then back to the room, then again after dark. At night it was so peaceful.
Grand Metropark Jinhai Lake Hotel

Pinggu Urban Area
The family traveled to Jinhai Lake in Pinggu to watch the Red Leaf Festival. The hotel is very close to Jinhai Lake Park and Beishan hiking. The hotel service is very satisfactory. The front desk staff introduced patiently. Zhang Peng, a very good staff, gave us a detailed introduction to the surrounding environment. The hotel's swimming pool is also very clean. I forgot to bring a swimming cap. Liu Liming, a staff member, enthusiastically helped to borrow swimming caps for the children. Thank you very much. The hotel breakfast is rich in variety. Overall, I am very satisfied, but the bed is a bit hard. Recommended, I will come again next time.
