The hotel had everything we needed, the outward facing room is bright. The staff is very kind and eager to offer help, they also speak English. Big positive point is the huge selection for breakfast, both Chinese and western style! Location is great too, good to take an evening walk through the Temple of Heaven park. Overall, the hotel is a little on the older side but a great place to stay.

The place was really nice and the reception was very helpful and they spoke English. Hopefully the cleaners can pay attention to the cleanliness. There were sleepers or sleeper left under the bed. I struggled to get the kettle plugged in to boil the water, had to move it to a different place. Breakfast was ok.

This is my 4th stay here, I really, highly recommend booking this hotel if you're around the area. Place is very clean, breakfast is delicious, rooms are huge and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Accidentally left my rings in the room and thank god they sent someone up to retrieve them immediately. I'll definitely be back.

Breakfast is pretty good among similar hotels. The hotel is only about ten minutes' walk from the ”check-in points” such as the big diving platform in the park, which is very convenient. Parking was a bit of a hassle. I reported my car number to the hotel in advance, but it was still not smooth when entering the parking lot. I had to go back and forth twice before getting in. I will choose to stay here next time I come to Shougang Park.

When I finished driving by someone, the hotel responded on the same day that they could reimburse the cost. Considering my two children, it was inconvenient for them not to help me. Although it wasn't much money, this handling method was still warm. The next day, Manager Xiao Kong at the front desk apologized again and gave a small gift to the child. The child was super happy and said he would come again. The most unexpected surprise was this chocolate. I was planning to buy it. The child was also super happy with the unique chocolate. This trip really felt like home, and the children's toothbrush and slippers sent by the robot were also very timely. I have to mention that the breakfast is also quite good. There are not many types, but the quality control is good. When I picked up the car, the security brother also helped me find the car personally.
