Excellent location with nearby malls. It’s located about a 20-minute car ride away from the Forbidden Palace. Although it said somewhere that there isn’t any air conditioner, my room had it and there were no issues. Breakfast buffet came with a good selection. All in all, I had an excellent stay here.

Again, service was terrible at check in. It took 20 minutes, the staff seem very confused about their job. They also couldn't figure out the wifi. And the cleaning lady ignored the Do Not Disturb sign and walked in the room while i was sleeping. Management seems to ignore these comments and will post a generic answer below.

Location: Convenient location, convenient transportation around, quiet in the bustling city, Ritan Park and Dongyue Temple are both niche attractions in old Beijing, with few people and quiet, Shenlu Street and Youtang are good places for dinner. Located in the embassy district, the security is absolutely good. Room: The apartment-style room is spacious and well-equipped, with elegant decoration style, kitchen washing machine, pots and pans, rice cooker, etc., even seasoning boxes are available. Facilities: Some facilities are well maintained, but they are really not easy to use, such as the shower, which took three nights to figure out; the faucet on the washbasin can splash you wet if it is slightly opened; the washing machine ~ it will call; the electric toilet, listen to me and be careful, otherwise the gravity will accelerate. Service: Thank you to the front desk lady for upgrading me to the deluxe suite. Although the deluxe suite only has two more windows than the single-bedroom apartment I originally booked, it is indeed much brighter, and it also comes with a group buzz of outdoor air conditioners. In short: I have no major problems, but I have many minor ones. Fortunately, I can't afford to stay in a hotel that costs more than 800 yuan, haha~

I booked this hotel because of its good location and the fact that it also has a washing machine and dryer. The room was generally good, but the air conditioner was useless and I could only open the window for ventilation. I especially want to thank the lady who was in charge of cleaning the tenth floor during the day. She was very nice and never impatient when I asked for water or anything like that. I thought this was the standard of the hotel, but when I booked again and stayed on another floor, I realized that only this cleaner had a good attitude. The cleaner on another floor always had a cold face and was very impatient when I asked for water. There is no judgment without comparison!

They are all pretty good, the room is spacious, there are many restaurants nearby, takeaways can be delivered to the room by robots, and 4 elevators are sufficient. The free honey yogurt in the lobby can be taken back to the room, and the drinking water provided is sufficient. The room temperature is suitable, not too hot or dry, not too cold
