I recently stayed at the Royal Plaza Hotel during my trip to Beijing with my kids, and overall I was quite satisfied with my stay. First of all, I would like to make a special mention of the hotel's service staff. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, every staff member showed great professionalism and friendliness. We arrived very late, and there were only a few cars parked at the door of the hotel. Other cars had to park in the public parking spaces on the road. In summary, the Royal Plaza Hotel played an active role in my trip to Beijing with its excellent service and satisfactory dining.
