女老闆禮貌客氣…但管家不太靠譜…他説洗澡要交5塊錢…我在他旁邊打電話給店家…女老闆説她跟管家説的是交50按金退房還…我給管家台階下説可能他理解錯了…但根據他們的行為覺得他故意個人收5塊錢…我昨天傍晚17：54下單前我問了床位有沒有掛簾…她説有…於是深夜從100米內不到的米家酒店走過來了…但管家説都大老爺們要什麼掛簾？我回：這跟是不是大老爺們有什麼關係？附近的米家酒店以及同等價格的藝楓公寓都有簾子的！👉潛台詞：你老闆説有掛簾…那你就得聽你老闆的🙃她説能叫你拿給我…我才入住/下單~8/20早上8：48這管家大叔敲門又問我明天是否續房！還問我幹嘛把門鎖起來？我無語😓我要保證我的安全和私隱當然🉐鎖起來啊🙄更何況哪有旅店人員大清早敲門吵醒旅客問對方能不能加幾個人進來住？！👉我説“可以啊…但你掛簾🉐給我啊！而且我才睡1小時多就為了這事吵醒住客？！”絕了…於是我打給女老闆吐槽她的民宿管家…她説“有買了一些簾子放在別處還沒裝…昨晚電話上反覆問了管家好幾遍…對方説已經解決簾子的問題…”實際上沒有…衹是説他搬樓下住…把房間留給我.昨晚8入住時管家每隔5-10分鐘問我一遍…總共問我3遍明天續住嗎…我都是回答：“我先住一晚再説看環境怎麼樣”半夜12點多還敲門又問我續住不續住？（我無語…我昨晚都已經説了等我第二天退房時再決定👉我的潛台詞：服務還沒開始…我還沒體驗住宿環境）P.S.我説：“有些情緒得表達出來不然憋在心裏難受容易🉐抑鬱症.”她回：“那肯定的理解”👉這30多-40多的小姐姐電話上説“這管家大叔是新來的…前幾天也把她氣的半死.”我回這女老闆：我忍住沒説臟話…但睡前忍不住在朋友圈吐槽了説了***”然後民宿女老闆説“代表他説不好意思”…我回：“嗯我就跟你説下”（我明人不做暗事）樓下公共衞生間比樓上公開衞生間好…樓下廁所較臭…凌晨12點多上廁所有人沒沖水…衞生間的門太矮也沒貼'注意碰頭'的字樣…導致被磕到頭2次🙃（還好我帶着帽子）樓上衞生間洗漱池上面有東西也容易碰頭…洗漱🉐彎着腰洗漱😂相對於南昌那邊的酒店差些…那邊🈶提示'小心磕頭'…btw…但這民宿洗浴室不錯…有啥説啥

價格很合理，位置很好，舍友也可以，房東很好，有廚房，有衞生間，居然還能洗澡，還提供了洗髮液沐浴露，飲水
