We recently stayed at Yuegeli Hotel and had a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. They were polite, attentive, and easy to communicate with, ensuring a smooth check-in process. One of the standout features of our room was the amenities. The washing machine and auto-heated water dispenser were a big plus for us, adding extra convenience to our stay. The cleanliness of the room and the entire hotel was also impeccable, making us feel comfortable and relaxed throughout our time there. While the location isn’t the most central, we found it relatively convenient to get around, thanks to the nearby mall and bus stop. These made it easy for us to access everything we needed, despite the hotel being a bit off the main areas. Overall, our stay at Yuegeli Hotel was very pleasant, and we highly recommend it for the excellent service, cleanliness, and well-equipped rooms.

Yuegeli Hotel is one of the best hotels in China, everything was perfect. Location is very practical and service was 10/10, they were all very helpful and polite. You can spend a lovely morning at the caffeeteria, which is also a bookstore. We don't have any complaints. Good job!

The hotel is very new and beautiful, very quiet. The only drawback is that it is a bit far from the subway station. Every time I go back late or catch up with my schedule, I have to take a taxi. In addition, the breakfast ends a little early and is gone at 9:30. There is not much variety of food, but The waiter's attitude is very good and makes up for the shortcomings. The front desk service is very good. Every time I see him, he is smiling and polite. The hotel security is very competent and the two girls feel safe. The air conditioner in the room sometimes makes noise. It only becomes quiet when it is turned off for 26 hours or more, which is a bit annoying. Overall it’s pretty good👍🏻

It is just that you can put a few more hangers, and the place for drying clothes is a little narrow, but in summer, the air conditioner will dry it overnight. The water boiler is very clean, so you don’t have to worry about water problems. There are also small snacks, which I love to eat. The floor-to-ceiling windows are very beautiful and I like them very much. The bed is very soft. The downside is that it is a distance from the subway entrance, but you can take a bus/taxi out of the park, so the traffic accessibility is included. (Taxi to Huojian Wanyuan is recommended to go to the northeast exit of B1, which is close) There seems to be a subway entrance near the bus, but I didn’t go there, I just saw it. By the way, the sound insulation of the hotel is indeed a bit poor, but everyone is very conscious to keep quiet (the TV will control the volume at 15- at night), so this small problem can be ignored. The snacks at the front desk are Wangzai and Mimi. The sour plum soup is delicious. I recommend it (I want the link hahaha). There is laundry detergent in the toiletries bag, which is good. B3 of the hotel is the library + breakfast restaurant. There are many books in the library. Although I didn't read them, I think it is a good place for children to start. The wontons for breakfast are delicious, and I can grab fruits. For one person, 20 self-service is very cost-effective. There is a business district around, about 1km away, and it is very convenient to order takeout. It can be a good place in the peak season. Families can check in directly if they are interested.
