位置OK。公寓環境非常差，樓道昏暗雜亂，房間在樓道盡頭，看着都嚇人。房間裏設施一般，卧室還好，廚房未使用，衞生間極差，設施壞的，毛巾很臟很舊，我全部自己買了新的來用，馬桶是壞的，洗臉池也是生銹的，卧室的燈是壞的，説沙發床，沙發床也不咋乾淨，我自己買了床單被罩鋪上，我有史以來，住過最差的民宿。

衞生環境差，房內設定簡陋，是簡陋，衞生用品可以説沒有！最起碼最基本的洗漱用品都不齊全，蒼天，太失望了，自己叫的**買的基本洗漱用品，本來想讓朋友住的好點，第一次來北京，我可以説欲哭無淚，小600元的房間在三里屯能住很不錯的連鎖酒店了，誰住誰是大冤頭。地板污漬嚴重，廚房還放了雜物，真的好失望，很失望，也很生氣，失望。

先説一下位置：在三里屯附近，步行到三里屯5分鐘，非常方便，也可以直接步行到工體，哈哈。
再説一下房間：是公寓樓裏面的開間，面積挺大的，房間裏面做飯洗衣服都可以，配置很齊全。 整體的風格是在我審美上的，簡約、大氣，床品沙發用起來也很舒服😌 房東有求必應這點必須給個好評哈[呲牙]

先説優點 床睡的挺舒服 和圖片那是一樣的 接下來就是bug 除非你要在工體蹦迪 四百多這個價位根本不推薦 到了後發現就是老房改造 廁所非常小 洗澡用的東西都在地上放的 刷牙杯甚至只有一個 連喝的水都沒有 現在哪個民宿酒店不配礦泉水呢？大早上的樓上就在裝修 我是來旅遊的 我不需要有設備的廚房 我衹需要睡的舒服 洗澡痛快 環境乾淨
