Great stay! Clean and convenient. Will definitely stay here again. Awesome!

The hotel is right next to Wangfujing, great location if you want to be near the central Beijing and tourism attractions. The hotel is five star, the cleanliness and facilities are up to the standards like other five-star ones. The room was good sized , on the big side actually. However, I don’t feel the welcoming as I’d expect from a five-star hotel. For example, the luggage men were happy to open the door for you and take your luggage for you, but there’s no eye contact, no greeting. Another example, the hotel room was clean, but there was no eye contacts from the housekeepers even when I greeted them, and they didn’t want to greet you or even smile back at you when we met on the hallway. I feel the staff may need some training. The hotel itself is great but the staff didn’t necessarily want to be there .

The stay at Hotel Renaissance was fabulous and super comfortable! From the first touch point at check-in, the service staff, Ms Wendy was exceptionally patient and even arranged for us to have a room earlier than scheduled. Additionally, another staff who deserved a special mention was Michael from the concierge. He would always be smiling and ready to offer a helping hand. His dedication to provide quality services was highly commendable. We will definitely choose to stay at Hotel Renaissance again if we are to return Beijing, given the excellent rooms, services and location.

I'm really enjoy this hotel, especially the staffs, they really friendly and helpful. We stayed 3 nights, and very happy here with room very clean, big bathroom! Especially thanks to Ms. Tina, Mr. Nick, they do help me alot when I book a taxi to Great Wall, Nick care us very well! My kids also like them alot! Very recommend this hotel when you stay in Beijing.

Front desk Carina, Zoey, Tina are all nice and helpful. Tom from the concierge provided prompt assistance. The room is neat and tidy. The Forbidden City can be viewed at our room. The breakfast is delicious. We all have a pleasant stay. Assure that we will stay at this hotel again

Excellent service and very conveniently located hotel. Walking distance to nearby malls and eateries. It is also easily accessible to to tourist spots like Forbidden City & Hutong area. Room is spacious and comfortable.

Really excellent stay here. Really clean and luxurious. Location was perfect as it’s 1 min walk away from CBD area. Our first time here and definitely won’t be our last. Faye have been a really good service and always smiley. Thank you Renaissance.

Very well located hotel close to the main spots to visit. Modern hotel with nice, clean and large room for families of 4. Breakfast is good. Very nice Cantonese restaurant also.
