The service was really good. We enjoyed the stay. The staff was very friendly. It is very near to the railway station, so it was really convenient. I should really appreciate the cleanliness, the rooms and the bathrooms were extremely clean. It was an amazing stay. All the staff did a really great job. Extremely happy.
PS: the receptionist was very handsome. So extra happy😁

Perfect location, very close to Beijing west station.
The room was very clean.
The staffs were not excellent in english, but can use translator app.
Very recommened !

Super option for those wanting to be closer to the Beijing West railway station. The room was amazing, super clean, super convenient and had a great tea set. Would highly recommend

Very convenient just a 5 minutes away walk from the exit door of the train station. The room is clean tidy and smells good. Service is good too ! The staff even gave me some cute toy ^.^

Very clean and modern hotel that I can highly recommend. We needed to catch a train from Beijing West at 7 am, so we chose the hotel as it is a 5 minute walk to the station. They even gave us a small breakfast package for free. Good service!

Very pleasant and comfortable hotel. Right near the Beijing West Railway Station (north entrance) and plenty of food options around. Easy to get into town. Room is clean and spacious, very comfortable shower. Staff didnt speak engish but with the help of translator apps this is easily solved. Absolutely would stay again.

Very well done by Radisson. No complicated AI assistant or learning curve for the room itself. Not as large or business orientated as some of the 3-4 star hotels, but for a short trip I just need an easy room, good internet, TV for Euro 2024 matches and no surprises.

Great location, slightly off the central part of Beijing, but easy to find your way, easy to get Didi and having the option to take the subway when required. There are convenience stores below as well as nearby eateries if you dont feel like going too far. The room was considerably clean and we loved the shampoo. Its an old building, but the interiors looks recently refurbished

The hotel is quite new and within 5 minutes walk to the Beijing Xi Train and Metro station. Service at the reception is good. They managed to answer all our questions regarding the places of interest we asked.

Compared to other hotels in Beijing at the similar price range, This hotel’s rooms are very small, either no window or a window with view completely blocked by an exterior wall. Breakfast doesn’t offer much and isn’t well cooked.

This shark hotel has everything you'd expect from the Radisson chain: clean, quiet rooms, great food, and the pleasantly understated Radisson aesthetic, The only reason I didn't give it five stars across the board was that nobody spoke any English. We were able to get by with my minimal Chinese and Google/Baidu translation, but some travellers might find this a show stopper.

I forgot to spend my points when booking the room, and the front desk gave me 3 free breakfasts, which was great! The location is good, you can sleep naturally, and you can take the high-speed rail in 5 minutes on foot, so you don't have to worry about taking the train!
