The hotel’s location is very convenient, right opposite Beijing West Train Station, making it easy for travelers. However, the room had no window, and the centralized air conditioning made it uncomfortably warm, with no way to adjust the temperature. The receptionist was not very friendly, which affected the overall experience. While the cleanliness and amenities were decent, the lack of proper ventilation and customer service could be improved.

The room is organized, very clean, and comfortable. However, the room is small so it might be an issue if you are a tall or very wide person. The location is very close to beijing west railway station which is very convenient. Another issue I had was that the card and electricity had some issues at times. You had to take out and insert the card multiple times.

The hotel is in closed to the Beijing Railway Station West. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was hot and good quality with a reasonable variety of Chinese and Western styles. However, the bathroom had a bad, irritating smell from the sewer pipes, especially when the room temperature is warm. The water in the bathroom sink flew slowly and even stopped going down to the sewer pipe. I had to close the bathroom room all the time in order to avoid the rotten and stinky smells coming out of the bathroom. Another drawback is that there is no way to turn on the air conditioning, regardless of how hot the room is. The staff explained that the HVAC is centralized and cannot be controlled independently. That makes the stinky smell in the warm room temperature more intolerable.

Conveniently located opposite the Beijing West Rail Station. Room is small and the ventilation is very poor without window. The customer service asked not to on the aircon as the hot air will flow not cold air. We leave the aircon off whole day and yet the room was stuffy. Shower room there wasn't any curtain the toilet bowl was wet after shower.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. Breakfast has an ample selection and it's quite good. The only drawback is that the room is really warm and there is no way to set the temperature.

Well located area, right in front of train station. The only downside is the room temperature is way too warm and it can’t be adjusted.

We enjoyed our stay, check-in process was smooth. We choose this hotel because it was near to Beijing west railway station as we got a train to catch to Xi’an. It was walking distance and also we found McDonalds was near to it. We stayed here as it was affordable and comes with Bfast. Housekeeping lady was helpful & friendly. We are so happy with her and tip her before we check out. Please tip your chambermaid ok, if you think they did well.

The location was good, right beside Beijing West Station. This worked very well for me as I came on a train from Luoyang so I was able to immediately check in on arrival to Beijing. The room was very comfortable, I had no windows but that was alright as it felt very cozy. The breakfast was amazing and sumptuous, a good mix of Chinese and Western cuisines. So filling, which was very good as I could explore the Forbidden City without feeling hungry!

Without considering the set-up of other rooms, I would suggest the following: 1. Put a glass-wall between the shower and the toilet pot. When taking a shower, water spills on the whole shower space, on top of the toilet pot. This requires the guest to clear the pot after shower. Tedious it is.
