We went to this Hotel because the Beijing West Railway Station was near, so it was a good option. The room was very big and clean, we were surprised.

For a capital city, this room should be very spacious. The hotel floor is clean and warm, and the staff are very polite. I checked into the hotel because I was alone with my family who had just had surgery. I told the front desk that I needed to go outside the hotel to help me with my luggage. The brothers and sisters at the front desk were waiting outside, and helped me with my luggage, supported my family, helped me check in quickly, and helped me find the room closest to the elevator. In the evening, they also reminded me that I had nutritious porridge for my family after surgery. When checking out, because we needed to wait for an online car-hailing service, we were not urged to check out after the check-out time. When the car came, the front desk lady was busy helping me send my luggage to the online car-hailing service. Thank you so much, I will continue to stay here when I come to Beijing for a follow-up check-up next time.

Thanks to Manager Han, I knew that the child was crying because she lost the doll. I went to the mall to buy a new one to cheer the child up. I gave him money in the room but he refused to accept it. Now my daughter has taken the doll home and named it "Xiao Ya". She hugs it to sleep every day and never lets go. The hotel room is also very clean and the breakfast is good. The child loves waffles. It is very convenient to have someone to help with laundry. I will continue to stay at this hotel if I have the chance to go to Beijing in the future.
