Great hotel, Amazing Location. I highly recommend staying here if you are traveling to Beijing. Fantastic ~~

I have stayed in other rosewood in other countries. This one so far has the best value! Location is very convenient, next to China world shopping mall (huge mall with tons of food and shopping), next to subway stations, and easy to get car rides. Room is very spacious and clean. The view of Beijing skyline is great! There are 2 housekeeping per day and they have a night time service that close the blinds and setup bed and shower. Amenities are great, breakfast has lots of variety and fresh, but I see a lot of waste from others since it’s buffet style… swimming pool and spa is very nice and clean. One and only downside is it’s very close to the 3rd ring and cars hunk a lot. Can be a little bit noisy during rush hours, I can hear it even on the 18th floor, but I got use to it quickly so I don’t mind as much. So many more positive things to say, I’ll definitely make rosewood Beijing my default hotel every time I visit:)

It’s not our first time staying in the Rosewood Beijing but this time the experience is just awful!! Outrageous and disrespectful behavior of the service personnel. Instead of an apology the hotel management blamed the misbehavior of their staff on us. As arrogant as you can imagine! We can’t believe this happens in a luxury hotel like this. The breakfast is also very average and doesn’t worth the price. The worst Rosewood we’ve ever stayed! A shame to the brand. Won’t stay there again!

Amazing cigar bar in the 5th floor

It’s perfect for staycation in Beijing ! I think it’s the best hotel in the town . The manager was super nice and friendly , as he upgraded my studio into a suite with a spectacular view. Thank you 😊

I have tried many five stars hotel in Beijing, i think Rosewood Beijing is the best (so far) especially from the service perspective. Rosewood Beijing's team really make feel welcome from the day you check in until check out. Most of the team can speak english well. This was the first time I stay in beijing's hotel and didnt made any difficulty to request many things in english. Its breakfast is really great but its happy hour session in manor club is the hidden gem. It worths the price. I want to give my highest appreciation to the head chef of the manor lounge especially the one who prepared me seafood jambalaya on sunday evening october 29th 2023. Your hand is magical. Best jambalaya so far in my life. My room has such a perfect view to cctv tower. I can spend hours just sitting in front of my floor to ceiling window. The amenities are also flawless. This perfection comes with "above average" beijing's five star hotel price, but it really worths every penny. Stay 3 nights or more and you can enjoy its manor lounge for free.

Incredible stay! Country Kitchen restaurant simply spectacular and concierge staff and lounge staff very attentive and helpful. Lison and Coco at the front desk were very pleasant and went the extra mile to be helpful :)

We stayed at the Rosewood during the Golden Week. It is not the first time we are staying and I am always happy to see the hotel has managed to keep the consistency in their guest experience and hospitality. This is the place I go to when I need a staycation, a break from the daily routine. The highlight for me is the hotel pool, best hotel pool in Beijing if you ask me :). With a cosy set up: gym sauna spa yoga room. I had fun trying the new Fiture gym buddy. Never seen it in other hotels in Beijing. Our favourite restaurant is Country Kitchen, the best mapo tofu in town, sadly this time they ran out so we couldn’t have it but all the other dishes are absolutely yummy! Breakfast was also wonderful and with a wide variety of western & Chinese options. Cakes were yummy 🤤 , the lobby bar has a selection of gorgeous and tasty cakes, don’t miss out if you’re a sweet tooth! This is our favourite place to stay for a staycation in Beijing. Staff is lovely, quality of services and food are great. Rooms are clean, spacious enough & neat. Bathtub is gigantic! If you like to go out, check out Mei Bar. We had a drink view the nice views on the CBD city lights. Another point is that the hotel is pet friendly, they have a really cool set up for your furry friends. Will definitely come back!

We had a fantastic time in Rosewood. They upgraded our room with a good view for our wedding anniversary and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The interiors of the hotel were great and our daughter especially enjoyed the swimming pool and the jacuzzi. Overall, it was pleasant. Just one thing about the breakfast buffet — there was not too many food to choose from.

Such an amazing experience! I have never enjoyed a stay in a hotel as much before. We came to Beijing to get married at the embassy and from the moment we contacted the Rosewood, the staff could not have been more helpful. Ashley was our main contact and did everything she could to ensure that our stay was perfect - she helped us decorate the room for our wedding night, facilitated deliveries, and added many special touches for us. We were even gifted a printed photo from our wedding day when we left so even until the last minute the stay was wonderful. The room was very clean and had great amenities including a gorgeous bath and amazing view. I am so glad I read through the reviews and chose the Rosewood. The pool and gym facilities were brilliant too - we had a great dip on the last morning of our stay.

It was a wonderful experience staying at your hotel. Thank you very much for the Kwanzaa welcome and the chocolates. I enjoyed thumbing through the book of literature. The service at the restaurant and the within the room was impeccable, caring and timely. My favorite was the breakfast buffet (I loved blending the western cheeses and the eastern breakfast breads- youtiao). I hope to explore more of your facilities at my next stay.

We had a wonderful time. Appreciate Devin’s help coordinating my booking and very thankful for Gary’s assistance to accommodate Room Service from different kitchens. The birthday amenities was very nice. Room was clean and good condition. Service was smooth and on point.

The best hotel in Beijing, everything is simply perfect. 10/10.
