Friendliness and supportiveness of the personnel, their outstanding service compensates the age of the facility and not the most central location. I liked the people there.

Good value for the money. The location is good, and there is lots to eat and drink nearby. Plus near the ring road.

Location is great - in a small residential community right in the heart of the business district. Looks quite premium for a relatively cheap hotel, with good amenities. Unfortunately, there were some issues with the room - which had not been cleaned very throughly, a number of dirty/stained towels, unclean surfaces, dirty-looking carpets, and lingering smell of vegetables/food despite keeping the window open the entire time. The air-con was extremely noisy and did not work, so this would have been a nightmare if it’d been hotter at the time I stayed at this hotel. These aspects somewhat spoiled what is otherwise a fairly decent hotel.

Comfortable hotel within 5-10 minutes easy walk to shopping, restaurants, cafes and a metro station. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable and the hotel breakfast was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice staff. Can extend until 5pm since my flight 11pm. Staff always smile. Next time ill come & stay again.

Very nice and cozy hotel, our room was equipped with all the necessities (clean bathtub, super cozy bed). Breakfast is good, coffee machine (latte, cappuccino, americano). 24/7 access to bottled warm water. We enjoyed our early check in and late check out!
