Reception was so nice. Even when they couldn’t speak English very well, they helped a lot. Good stay for family.

It was comfortable stay, if room empty they even let check in earlier then time in booking.

Stayed here for 6 nights with kids. Good location with a Ritan park right beside for morning walks & kids playground.

Hotel have amazing rooms specially for two people around 40mts ,location is great next to Ritan Park many restaurants also near subway and also great place like the Box , if u like clubbing is next to Dada great underground club

I suggest this hotel, because it is located very well place, you can find anything around hotel, as shopping malls, restaurants and a lot of food and fruit shops! Also service is good 24 hours!

Location of hotel rather hard to find. The entrance is on the side of the building with no car entry. Had to walk with luggage around the building to find the entrance. Receptionist does not know much English. Area is near to a pub at next door building. There’s many food stalls nearby. An enclosed park just opposite the hotel. Room window is not openable. Room is average but cleanliness is good. Room is spacious. Overall Considered ok for this price range.

Terrible room, no daily clean service

The room was really bad and dirty. There was dust on the floor. I told the customer service to ask the cleaning staff to come and clean. The mop was not working well. After cleaning, the melon seed peels brought in from outside were covered with a layer of dust on the bed and table. A cleaning lady came in and asked us to close the window. It means he cleaned it very well because we checked in for five minutes and opened the window, causing dust to enter the room.

I had a great time in Beijing. There are many delicious restaurants around here, which is nice. It is also close to downtown Beijing, so it is convenient to go to major tourist attractions.

I took my child to the Children's Research Institute for medical treatment. I searched many places online and finally chose this place. I can see the Children's Research Institute upstairs and it takes only ten minutes to walk with my child. The specific conditions of the room are consistent with the booking photos. Service: The front desk receptionist is professional and enthusiastic. Hygiene: The room is clean and tidy, and the spare parts are complete. Environment: You can directly see the Ritan Park, which is shaded by green trees. Facilities: air conditioning, hot water, refrigerator, washing machine. There is also an induction cooker, which is a bit amazing. If I knew there was this equipment earlier, I would definitely bring a set of kitchen utensils.

Didn't like it. The lobby is very bad, the staff doesn't speak English. The director is shocked. The business trip is ruined. The room is ordinary. The level is 2 stars.
