About 400 m from exit E Shilihe subway station. Room was cleaned daily but the floor still dirty. Quite pricy compared to size of the room and hotel location

The hotel is clean and new. Facilities were good. The staff does not speak English but was friendly and helped us with the mobile translator. value for money is very good

I would give the hotel a solid 3.5/5 ⭐️. Pro: As you can see from the pictures, the room is a sufficient size - whether you are travelling alone or as a couple. The location is great, with Didi you can get to everything quickly and cheaply. The hotel staff are nice and the check-in and check-out service was easy - international guests are accepted. According to another hotel guest, there is even a dry cleaning service. Con: Facilities are okay, a tea bag or two would have been nice. Neither the rooms nor the bed linen are cleaned regularly - you have to specifically ask the cleaners for this. There is no soundproofing at all, you can hear everything from the adjoining rooms, the hallway, etc. As you can see from the pictures, not all windows are the same. There was mold everywhere in the bathroom and the walls didn't look particularly nice anymore. The room just lacks love that needs to be put into it. Conclusion: It's bearable for a weekend, provided you don't plan on spending more than 10 hours a day in this room. Even if you are travelling on a budget, this hotel is certainly a good choice. However, I have to say that I have stayed in hostels that were cleaner, nicer and more lovingly decorated.

No Can you help me return the power bank? No, I have to return my own things. Am I really staying in a hotel just to cause trouble?

The hotel is very good. Near the metro. Use exit E (line 14). Lots of cafes nearby. It was comfortable to sleep, the room has air conditioning

The hotel is located near a metro station so it is very easy to get around. The facilities are very clean and although the staff does not speak English it was easy to communicate with a translator. In general everything was very good.

Wonderful hotel. Excellent location, 300 meters to the metro station, 3 lines, easy to get to any point in the city. Nearby there is a supermarket, coffee shop-bakery, cafe and noodle shops. The hotel staff speaks only Chinese (like most Chinese), but this issue is quickly resolved by having a translator. Everyone is very responsive and tries to help you right away (again, like all Chinese). One of the cleaners speaks Russian. I definitely recommend the hotel.
