We felt very welcomed as we arrive at the hotel and the staff was very kind. The room felt a bit old and the temperature was cold when we came in. The staff informed us that the heating didn’t work in summer. We had a giant bath our children really like it but I had to clean the bath and bathroom a bit because it wasn’t very clean and a bit dusty. The bed were comfortable and the over all experience felt okay.

We recently stayed at the Crystal Orange Hotel in Beijing, and it was an incredible experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the customer service was amazing. When we encountered a minor issue with the tap, they efficiently and promptly changed our room. Plus, the adorable robot delivering our waimai (takeout) to the room was super efficient! The room itself was a haven of comfort. It was super clean and thoughtfully provided with everything we needed, including a steamer for our wrinkled clothes. The only small challenge was the light combinations – turning on the bathroom lights would trigger other lights in the room, making nighttime trips to the toilet a bit tricky without waking up my partner. But aside from that, the room was cosy, sexy, and elegant – the perfect blend. While the location isn’t very convenient for sightseeing, the Crystal Orange is conveniently close to a metro station. So, getting around the city was still manageable. I highly recommend the Crystal Orange to anyone visiting Beijing. Their exceptional service and attention to detail truly made my stay memorable!"

The staff was really friendly, helped me with all my needs. They even let me have a late checkout during a holiday time. The room was beautiful! The only issue was that in the picture it shows there is a swing next to the bed but there wasn’t one in my room. A little disappointed. Overall it was great, I would definitely come back again!

Excellent service and value

By the time of this writing I am currently a platinum member of trip.com, so when I first checked-in the hotel give me a "free room upgrade". Apparently the upgrade is so far ahead of my expectation because the first time we enter the room, a foul smell can be smelled from the bathroom. At this point I want to ask front-desk if they can give us a new room. After calling front-desk and explaining the issue they told me to wait a bit and they will call back with information of the new room and we can just move directly. Not sure what happens because we never receive this call-back, so I had to go to the first floor with all my luggage and ask for a room change directly. I specifically asked that they do not need to give the "free upgrade" if it comes with extra smell.. So they just give me a standard room as is for what I booked, which for the first time we enter the room, it immediately greet us with interesting smell but still bearable and I told them that this room is okay-ish (because at this point I am too tired to argue) and we will just open the window and the smell hopefully will go on after some time. The place is good, there are a mall in front of the hotel, and a metro station in a walking distance. But cleanliness is terrible, the room we have still has hair on the toilet cover, the shower tiles still wet. Service is standard at most, in one afternoon our room suddenly has no electricity for 2-3 minutes without any advance notice. The staff are friendly but sadly it is not reflected in the level of service we expect for this price range for a hotel in Beijing.

Good hotel with good and helpful staff. Very clean and fresh. The bed was clean and comfortable.

Amazing staff and managers. For long business trip, you definitely need laundry. Thi hotel has pretty good laundry machine and services

location is good & near to my working place to go. Facilities ok for 4 star hotel, & cleanliness is just ok, not outstanding. Breakfast was the best, lots of variety & delicious.

Great experience. Only stayed one night. Appreciated the fresh fruit and free water in the room.

I stayed here for 2 weeks during my Business Trip, and it had been a consistently good experience, the room is spacious and clean, the location is great as well, a lot of restaurant around and there's a mall right across the street. But the best part of this hotel is definitely the customer service and their staff (and the cool robots!), everyone is so efficient and helpful. 5 Star, Would definitely recommend! Special mention to one of the staff member, 小珈 for always helping me throughout my time there，服务真好！

Everything is excellent super clean ,great location , decorations of lobby , great room ,u can feel hotel is new, only biggest problem is Staff hotel can't speak one work of English so for international travel that's a big problem hope things can changed as china already one year open since pandemic
