Overall, our stay at the hotel with my friends was fine, but there were some notable drawbacks. Firstly, the staff seemed inexperienced in dealing with foreigners. During check-in, we encountered significant delays because the initial staff member didn't know the procedure, forcing us to wait for the manager and return later, which was quite frustrating. Communication was another issue as they had difficulty speaking English, making interactions challenging. The lobby and elevator had a strong cigarette smell despite the smoking ban, which was unpleasant. In our room, although spacious, the bathroom had a slight odor. On a positive note, the bedding was comfortable. Regarding location, the hotel is a bit far from the subway, but there were several convenience stores nearby and a delightful Italian restaurant. In summary, while our overall experience was decent, we were particularly disappointed with the check-in process and the persistent cigarette smell throughout the hotel.

I traveled to Beijing with my children during the summer vacation. The hotel environment is good. The lobby on the first floor has an Egyptian style. The elevator car is a bit dark. It is very quiet at night. You can have breakfast at Ziguangyuan across the road!

The hotel is located between two subway stations. It takes about ten minutes to get to the subway entrance, so transportation is convenient. The environment is beautifully arranged, like a garden. The interior is decorated in European style and there is a coffee shop in the lobby. The room is quiet, clean and hygienic.

I have never lived in it before, and I booked a tatami room with anxiety. It is just beside the main road. It is very convenient to travel. My daughter likes the Japanese style very much. The lobby is also quite exotic and charming. There seems to be a restaurant at the door, but unfortunately I didn't go. I wanted to stay another night, but the hotel was booked out, so I had to change to another hotel the next day.
