Clean and secure hotel, staff was super friendly and helpful. Hotel itself is in a great location for tourist who want to be able to walk around right outside the hotel and experience China.

Hotel is nice and clean just like on the picture.
But the front desk service is terrible. We spent 1 hour to check in because the front desk service couldn’t handle foreign passport.

The location is amazing. It's centric, close to Qianmen subway station. It's very touristy for locals so you'll find traditional restaurants and very good options.. the area is very safe too. The room is complete, clean and very comfortable with all you need.
The only con is the staff doesn't speak basic English so you have to communicate the basics using Google translate. Even so, they are not very knowledgeable so don't rely on them for tourist information.
I loved the area of the hotel, for the food, transportation and local feel.
