I live in Beijing and just booked this apartment to have some time for myself. Specifically, given that in China it is complicated to rent an apartment with bath, I selected this room as it had it. Had a very nice day off, laying in bath, drinking coffee and reading a book. Wish to allow myself to do such things nore often

I recently stayed at Crystal Orange in Beijing, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. As a remote solo traveler, I've been to many hotels, but this one truly stands out. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, providing help with everything I needed and more. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist were remarkable. The team at Crystal Orange is the most friendly and generous I’ve met in a long time. They made me feel completely at home, always ready with a warm smile and eager to help with anything—from work-related needs to making local recommendations. The hotel's atmosphere is both welcoming and professional, and you can feel the genuine care that goes into every aspect of the service. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and will definitely be coming back on my next visit to Beijing. If you're looking for a place with top-notch service and an incredible team, Crystal Orange is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!

Crystal Orange is a convenient hotel near a metro station that it’s linked to many hubs of interest in Beijing, restaurants and shops. The rooms are comfy, beds ok and you have an extensive breakfast, with some western dishes. Our only issue in our stay (room for non-smokers still smelled, stains in the bed clothes) has been corrected swiftly by reception, with the chance to change the room if we were not comfortable during our stay.

Around 10 minutes walking to nanluoguxiang on the quieter side. Service is very good as I made a big display of unhappiness over the central air-conditioning (the air-conditioning cannot be set below 25 degree celciuis at winter). But this seems to be happening to all beijing hotels with central heating. However, they handled my complaints well, even as the situation was beyond their controls, and I really was not very polite when talking to them.

Great location for exploring the hutongs. Very nice breakfast options and good customer service. The room was clean and nice big bottles of water, coke, and drip Coffee are complimented.

Small modern hotel in the middle of a cute traditional neighbourhood. Comfortable rooms with a clean modern design. Metro station and several good restautants within walking distance.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful. They help guests receive and keep deliveries from online shopping. Thanks to it I enjoyed a lot shopping on Taobao before arriving. The room size is larger than most hotels nearby at the same price level. The pillow was so comfortable. I even bought one when checking out. The location is nice. Very close to the Hutong areas. But a little walk from the subway which is about 7 mins by walk. Anyway, I enjoyed stay here very much and I probably will come back if have chance.
