The reception was not aware of our booking which we made through Trip.com. They refused our check-in.

This hotel is a 10-15 minute walk from the nearest subway station which is decent, but the surrounding area seems to be mostly residential and quiet. The hotel itself is modern though is still somehow feels a little basic. We also experienced a smokey smell in the corridor but I understand this is sometimes out of the control of the hotel staff. It would be good to see this improved.

Through the window, the view is wide. Nice view. The little girl at the front desk is kind, enthusiastic and generous. This is the highlight of the hotel. Worth a thumbs up!

The check-in experience was very bad 1. The front desk induced consumption and did not clearly explain the fees to consumers before charging: I booked a windowless room on Ctrip. The room facilities are old and creaky, comparable to ****: At 4:30 in the morning, the air conditioning hardware button began to creak, as if someone was pressing its physical button, and it kept pressing and pressing, as if someone was adjusting the air conditioner. It lasted for more than ten minutes, which scared me awake. I called my boyfriend to see what was going on. My boyfriend got up and said that it should be the old equipment and the room temperature was constantly changing. But it was really scary. It was so scary to have such a thing at 4:30 in the morning The worst Four Seasons I have ever stayed in. The front desk also said that adding WeChat would give a discount next time. Who dares to come? Reward yourself to revisit the prison? I spent money to upgrade to a prison + **, a thrilling trip to the Four Seasons Hotel, and I spent money to suffer🫰

I suspect that it is another express hotel that has directly put up the All Seasons sign. The room facilities are reduced, there is no dressing mirror, makeup mirror, face towel, and no tea table with All Seasons characteristics (this may be because the room is too small to fit). The most important point is that the mattress is not the standard King Koil mattress of All Seasons. I had a sore back after sleeping for a night. This is the only All Seasons hotel I have stayed in that caused back pain. The professional quality of the front desk is not high. They actually asked me if the room includes breakfast, saying that they can't see the Ctrip order. I have always used Ctrip to book hotels, and I have never encountered a front desk who didn't know whether breakfast was included or not and asked me. What if breakfast is not included, and I said it is included, the front desk doesn't know whether it is true or not? Of course, the biggest advantage of this hotel is its location. It is close to Sanyuanqiao Station and convenient for taking the airport line.
