Located right next to the Sun Moon Plaza which there are Chinese Opera and Drone Light Show around 8.00 PM. The hotel also is a restaurant and their food is super delicious! (Forgot to take any photos lol) The room included with breakfast which is also yummy as well. Walkable to the Simatai Great Wall Entrance. Very convenient. Right outside the central area where there are many food places and performances.

Lovely little inn located within Sun Moon Island within the grounds of Gubei Watertown. It's a old building with a lot of charm but not really soundproof which wasn't an issue for us. Location is very central right in the middle of the attractions. The Sun Moon Square is also where there are lots of performances and also a great spot to watch the drone show at night. The rooms have a view of the creek but a little too far to see the great wall at night from the window which again wasn't an issue since you can just walk to other viewing spots around the water town. Breakfast is simple but nice. We had dinner here one night and the home cooked food are delicious. Would highly recommend to stay here for its value.

Please don’t judge a book by its cover. Most comfortable sleep I’ve had for a while, even while hearing the neighbors loud snoring! The boss is very kind and accommodating. Good food too.

Well located and charming

The room is very clean and the price is cheaper than other hotels. It is located in Sun Moon Plaza, which is convenient for going everywhere. You can watch drone shows when you go out. The only problem is that the house is made of wood and is not soundproof. You can hear people talking and walking upstairs clearly. At night, you can hear snoring from the neighbors or upstairs.

The night view is really good, and you can watch drone performances when you go out at night. ② Geographical location, the inn is roughly in the middle of the scenic area, it's relatively "smooth" to play, and you can go anywhere when you go out. ③ Scenic area related discounts, tickets have discounts, some stores are directly included, I didn't pay attention to the area when booking. I saw that many hot springs also have discount coupons or experience coupons. Hot springs require their own swimsuits, which are also sold in the scenic area. You can take the shuttle bus at will. ❌Complain😤 ①The prices in the scenic area are basically soaring~ (Rich people please ignore this) ②The food we ate was average, some of it may not even be called average, maybe because we didn’t find anything delicious (personal tastes are different) ③Especially the beer festival barbecue, the taste was really average, and the number of skewers seemed to be large, but in fact it was better to say that it was selling skewers. The room is bigger than I thought, enough for two people, and the bathroom is fully equipped! The room is next to the river outside, and the room is clean and hygienic! We stayed for three days and two nights, and the two free breakfasts were not only buffet, but also allowed us to book the breakfast we wanted in advance! The service staff had a good attitude! The service was thoughtful! The decoration at the entrance of the inn was very distinctive! It was a good background for taking photos! In short, it was a happy trip! Five-star praise!

It's such a beautiful place. The room was very small, but I was satisfied with the atmosphere. The location was nice because it was central. It was my second visit. It was good too!
