Very good, the room is big, comfortable and quiet, and the service of Mandarin is very good, very considerate, I feel that the room was cleaned several times a day 👍The hotel is in Wangfu Central, it is very good to go shopping and eat! There are many shopping malls around, and the transportation is convenient, and you can go anywhere quickly! This stay has doubled my favorability towards Mandarin Hotel, and I don’t need to think about finding a hotel wherever I go in the future!

Although it is small and located on the 5th and 6th floors of Central, it has great service, great facilities, and a great restaurant. I will definitely stay a few more days next time. I can walk to the Forbidden City. The location is also great. They also thoughtfully arranged birthday decorations and small gifts. The service of the entire hotel from top to bottom is in place. I especially think that the colleagues in the concierge department are very helpful and make guests feel at home.

Very satisfying experience, breakfast has a hidden menu, the chef is very good, my daughter sleeps until 10 o'clock every day to eat breakfast, the chef saves delicious food for her. The ingredients are fresh and high quality. Stayed for 3 consecutive days, the room was clean and tidy every day. Great!

The room is spacious and bright, full of details! Because the child had to poop on the way here, we arrived at 8 o'clock, which was too early. We called the hotel on the way and Alex patiently comforted us and said not to worry and that he would help take care of the child with his colleagues when the child arrived. I said I wanted to take the child to watch the flag-raising ceremony at around 2 o'clock in the middle of the night, and they said they would help arrange snacks and water for the child. Service is definitely the biggest highlight of the entire hotel. I often travel with my children throughout the year. This hotel is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The smile on everyone's face is just right, warm and not flattering. Staying for six nights in a row, the concierge staff remembered my last name every time they opened the door, and the front desk staff would smile and greet me. In my own experience, the services of Shanghai Aman Bulgari, Guangzhou Rosewood Four Seasons, Sanya Edition, etc. are not as good as here. I also went to eat the breakfast that has been criticized by everyone. There are indeed not many types, but the personalized customization is sufficient. Whatever you want, you will have it as long as you tell the staff, and the taste is also in line with the hotel's positioning, everything is exquisite. The room sanitation has been cleaned very promptly. The child played with the blind box and made mud on the ground, and he came to clean it up immediately with a phone call. It is connected to Wangfu Central and you can get whatever you want. It's so convenient. I will definitely come here next time I come to Beijing!

A perfect hotel! It makes me feel happy! Not only in Beijing, but also in the whole country, it is one of the best hotels in my heart. The staff are very enthusiastic, whether it is the front desk, the housekeeping department or the restaurant, they are all polite and decent without making people feel hypocritical. They will do their best to meet the guests' requirements. There are fruits and snacks before bed, and the room cleaning is really good! I usually don't take a bath in the hotel, but I am very confident in their cleanliness at Mandarin Oriental. It's great to go out and walk 20,000 steps every day and then come back to take a comfortable bath. It's great! Next time I come to Beijing, I will choose here again. I look forward to meeting everyone at Mandarin Oriental again~

I really like the gym and spa at Wangfujing Culture. The weekend brunch at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel is unforgettable. The service is excellent and there are souvenirs given when you leave.

During this stay, what impressed me most was the service of Mandarin Oriental Hotel. All the service staff I met would take the initiative to say hello, which made people feel great. I would like to thank Alex, Jasmine and Tina who received me. Their meticulous service made my experience even better. The hotel's breakfast and steakhouse are also great, whether it is the taste, service or scenery. You can see the roof of the Forbidden City while dining. The local location is also very good, right in the Wangfujing area, and there is also a subway station nearby, which is very convenient to go anywhere.

I took my kids out. The hotel prepared gifts for them. The service was good after I came back from the trip. I will choose this hotel next time I go to Beijing.
