You can never go wrong staying at this hotel, everything about it is amazing and the staff is wonderful and then it should check out late. Excellent breakfast

attending the Infocomm in beijing. this hotel is situated very near to the exhibition and very convenient.

The location is superb. The breakfast buffet is good. The hotel shows ages: the shower door is not sealed properly, the sink is not clean, the gym is leaking water from the rain outside.

Very popular choice and convenient for visitors to Beijing. The rooms are very comfortable with excellent service and delicious dining options that stood out to you during my stay.

Good location and near Olympics park

This hotel was recommended by a friend and it was amazing. Perfect location for our needs, as we were traveling by train and arrived late in evening. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the decor was beautiful for the holiday season. The staff at the hotel was helpful and professional. The check-in process was quick and it is very foreigner friendly.

Staff was helpful. Hotel is getting old and room was in need of upgrade and repair. Mold in the shower, dirty and worn carpet. Wall were also quite marked up. No control over AC, set to 25, can adjust, but never gets below 25. Bar closed at the 22:00. Buffet was OK. Ordering from the restaurant was not very good. Pool is nice, and hot tub would be great, but only filled the water to half under the jacuzzi jets. Obsessively enforced swim cap policy, despite my being bald, but this a silly China thing. Once beautiful hotel, now cutting corners and possibly still trying to recover from COVID. Definitely not the high star ranking I was shown.

I like this hotel very much, it is big and new. Provide good breakfast and upgrade services to diamond tier of customers.i will stay again

Clean and nice service. Breakfast yummy and many choice.

The room was true to size but was quite hot and air conditioning was not working so it was not that comfy. They offered a make shift room cooler but they didn't make the room comfortable either. Breakfast was good with fairly good variety. Staff was nice too althought not fluent in English but they were quite helping.

I travel a lot and my impression is that the hotel was a tired looking 'slipped from grace' place. In China the star system is never up to the same system internationally. Marco polo beijing would be 3 star In room: 1. Mould above shower 2. Old faded taps 3. Fridge not working 4. A/C didn't work 5. No milk for complimentary teas/coffees 6. Bathroom sink very slow to drain First room had A/C not working so we were moved to another room which also.didn't work. Told them about fridge-no action Asked re milk- told to go across road and buy my own Asked re sink. Grumpy guy came, said "it still works" and rushed off. It was still slow which means other people's waste was occluding it still General appearance from staff was that they were tired of complaints and therefore ignored them. Carpet in front of concierge desk summed up hotel; tired, worn out and in need of urgent care. When I mentioned it to a staff member he said "yes it looks terrible but what can you do?" and shrugged his shoulders Breakfast was very good but nothing else cam close to what Marco Polo pretends to be. The price I paid should have been halved at least. I will never go back and will evermore avoid Marco Polo chain.
