The room is good and clean, service is also great but the breakfast is so so. The location is good.

I stayed 2021 in the hotel - it was great.
2024 my family and I were not that happy about the stay - everything got used and old. Not got smell.
The hotel is still good, especially a nice executive floor. But I am not sure if I will come again under this conditions.

Favorite hotel in Beijing. Great location in Guomao next to subway station. Willow Stream Spa (21 floor) is very relaxing, with spacious sauna and pool. The gym is very modern. Breakfast buffet is delicious and priced well. Try the Chinese pancakes and fresh juices!

The bathtubs had remaining hairs from previous user, room is a bit dated but service was good

Very fancy hotel located in a business area of Beijing. Nearest metro station is 5 minutes of walking distance (line 1) which will get you everywhere around the city.
Staff spoke a good English (not to be taken for granted in China) so communication was easy and effortless.
The hotel has a nice gym, swimming pool and SPA.
Overall a very high level experience.

We had a lovely staycation at the Fairmont. We informed the hotel in advance that we were coming for my husbands birthday. The hotel upgraded our room and surprised him with a sweet card and cake. The staff were very friendly and most spoke English.

This shouldnโt be called a 5 star hotel, itโs dated and limited amenities. I loved the gym and swimming pool but room was just like a 3 star hotel with old furniture. Iโm not sure if I can book this hotel again.

I stayed in a suite and accidentally left a Qua Sa green jade in the room and I have not received it. Nor any calls to enquire about it.

The hotel has claimed that they have renovated the rooms in 2018. However, when I entered the room, everything seems to be from the 1990s. The wooden furniture were all old, and the woods were cracked. The surfaces and the edges were not smooth. It became even more horrible when you are in the washroom, seeing all the water seals rottened, with black spots all over the edges of the sink, and the shower area. It's unbelievable to believe I was at a hotel carrying the Fairmont brand.
Doesn't like the service of the front desk either, as they weren't very polite and helpful.
I'm not an experienced person in sharing hotel reviews, so I didn't take any photos to post.. but just want to share my experience here once.
